As there have been some problems at the 69X race, we will test the track again with another mod.
To prove if it was the track or a drivers connection, for this race WiFi is not allowed


Fun races will not be moderated – have fun please drive like a gentleman.

igor lists interlagos as n/a but it is installed & running. any ideas why? where does igor look for tracks installed?

Roo look in GEM+ and season-manager, look if there all is set right, imo has to do with season.ini

Sometimes GEM messes season.ini's when sorting it...

There are several Interlagos track.

You need a directory = track/interlag

As you probably gathered I was suffering from an FPS issue, so reverted my Nvidia profile to default which improved the issue to get 60 most of the way around apart from the final left and along the start / finish.

I still got a couple of drop outs for the cars and one big lag on about lap 3, but then it seemed to settle and had a chance to run with Doni for a little while which seemed OK, although not perfect.

Anyway, I've changed another setting on the router to see if that will make any difference so will have to wait until the next race to see.

When I look in the GEM+ season manager:
interlag is listed in the let hand column
in my s_americ.ini season file it is listed correctly
in my 67season.ini it is listed but says it is not installed

I tried removing it from 67season & adding it again - no joy
I checked the physical 67season file & it is listed but it was missing some info
in my s_americ.ini it is listed correctly & in GEM season manager it is also correct (not showing "not installed")

i copied the event details from s_americ.ini to 67season.ini - now in GEM season manager it is listed correctly in both my season files but it still comes up as n/a on igor.

As mentioned before, the track is driveable offline.

Any ideas?

Nice job, Carlos! 

Say...  That was fun!  I enjoy this circuit with all its variation in corner types.

As for the race, I blew up the Honda mill within a mile of the start so fell well back.  Added an off on Lap01 to further hamper my chances.  Ah, well...

I ran by myself for a few laps before deciding to fall back and dice with Steve.   This being a chance to evaluate the circuit for glitches, I figured that this was the best thing to do in accomplishing the evaluation.  I lead him for a lap or so then dropped in behind to view his image.  Rock-steady.  Conclusion?  No issues whatever from my end.

BTW, did you notice this from GPLRA scoring?
