Practice: 20:00 GMT (30 mins)
Qual: 20:30 (15 mins)
Race: 20:45 ~ 40 Mins

Cars allowed: Any car from GTR3 class
Track: Zolder
Time of Day Setting: Afternoon

Start: Rolling
Tyre wear: Normal
Fuel consumption: Normal
Pit-stops: None required

Server: Simracing.org.uk
Password: see above

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another
non pack track occasionally)
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Driver lists can be found on the championship standings page

This race will be a rolling start following a formation lap and the procedure is as follows:

*It will be the pole sitter's responsibility to complete the first lap at a pace that allows the rest of the grid to follow comfortably
*There should be no overtaking or hard accelerating/braking
*Drivers should avoid getting too far behind or too close to the driver in front
*Approximately 20 seconds before crossing the start line the pole sitter should slow down to a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*Each following driver shall close up directly behind the driver in front also maintaining a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*The pole sitter should maintain that speed until they cross the start line and then accelerate away to start the race (lap2)
*Each following driver should only accelerate when the driver directly ahead does (they do not have to wait until crossing the start line)
*No overtaking is allowed before crossing the start line at the completion of the formation lap

Sorry to have bailed but I can't, even with Spanner's help, make the car remotely drivable or competitive. Sadly at least a couple you experienced my complete ineptitude tonight. Wasn't enjoying any aspect of it nor wanting to ruin peoples' races further so the decision was a no brainer  Embarrassed

GT is a setup / driving god as he had the same car and was the best part of a week quicker over just one lap.

Bah, pole ...  and wobble in first lap, as usual. Good chase to the end. Grats all, interesting circuit. They don't make those anymore.   Wink

Practiced quite a bit for this one to only end last.  Such a bouncy unforgiving track and those chicanes are just plain nasty.   I suffered from finding the right braking point into turn one and ruined the start for myself, couldn't get my head back on right for the rest of the race, inconsistency and of course screwed up fuel levels. wacko     Congrats to the top haven't watched the replay yet but seemed like it came down to a close finish.

Tough track with all those chicanes  sweatdrop

Tried to keep it smooth after inheriting the lead but still made a couple of costly mistakes allowing TT to close right up and make the final couple of laps very tense.

Sorry to hear you're struggling to enjoy this Pete. I'll try to upload my setup at the S3 forums if you like but I don't think it's anything special tbh. Maybe a ffb or visual setting that isn't quite right for you? I've spent a lot of time tweaking things like ffb and cockpit camera so let me know if I can be of any help there.
