Championship Standings

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another
non pack track occasionally)
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Well, R3E is down for maintenance again... Update on its way.

Update and new track (Anderstorp) released but... Steam has gone down now.

Sorry, Steam is still working. Its just the R3E store, accessing from the website.

I saw someone dive left to pass, didn't realise the car he was passing was stopped (taking a call)  whistling
tried to avoid, but didn't quite make it, by the time I got going out of the wall, the field had long gone, so did a few laps
and found Spanner in the infield, so raced a bit, but then put it in the wall myself. game over.

I think I may end this series as only the hardy few turn up. I will do some more classic tourers and maybe Procar I think.
Keeping the NSU and DTM92

Well a good start for me, happy I had the gap this time, since I'm not comfortable in these wheel to wheel.  I still felt the pressure from 2nd place since our lap times must have been close enough to keep the gap the same.  Shame GT missed out his pace was right there.

Great idea on the classic tourers, I'm in favor of the historic stuff. Could we keep both going, DTM92 replaces KTM and pro car the following week or something?

I am up for trying anything Carl. I originally ran the DTM92, Classic Tourers,  Procar, Gr5 and GTO cars, but the Gr5 and GTO were a bit hard work, and interest dropped
so I tried NSU and KTM

NSU I love, as do some others, so they stay. DTM92 are good, The Classic tourers are very similar, but the Nissan tends to be faster than the rest of the
group, so we stopped them. I could run the Classic tourers without the Nissan I guess? ( I think Tudor suggested that)

I would like to run 4 series:

DTM92
Classic Tourers (probably minus the Nissan)
NSU
Gr5/GTO/Procar (alternate)

How does that sound? please shout up everyone.

For various reasons I haven't been attending any races lately, but I hope to get back on track. What you suggest sounds very tempting Matt.

Sorry I missed last night, I recently started playing tennis again. Last night was men's night at the club. Not sure I'll bother again, well not unless I improved 100 fold so expect to see me most weeks still.

I too hope to be back soon, maybe next week with luck. Anything chosen is good with me.
