Awesome - apart from the fact you forgot the most important skin of them all: http://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/porsche-962c-long-tail-kenwood-kremer-le-mans-1989.12879/

That's my Scalextric Porka so I demand the option to drive it!  Tongue

Nice! though a gentle drive around Spa isnt quite the same as trying for a time so will need some preparation.

IS there a noticabe difference in the cars? I assume the long tale has slightly less df but slipperier than the short tail?

I think 1 has boost and the other doesn't, but IIRC that didn't really matter for soem reason. So far my help  Grin

No problem dropping that skin in the mix. I haven't got all the great skins, just quite a few  Smiley. This will not be the last time we use 962s so well worth installing the skins.

If someone sends me the server INI files I can start the the server. I won't have access to AC until later this evening to create them myself. Sorry.

Sorry Pete, been out and about all day too.

The Ai finds the long tail faster as it dominates the timesheets in my offline races, albeit the ai seems a bit crap in these cars at Spa whereas they are mighty in the cup cars  Huh
My times are within a few tenths of each other for both cars  Smiley not had a chance to overlay the two motec laps over each other but Langheck feels faster on straights whereas the short tail claws some back in braking and tighter corners. I also had to make a few subtle tweaks to the Lt setup whereas the St was great straight out the box.

I've started testing in the LH, Knocked a second or 2 off stock so far but will try to reach a point where I can test the KH later this evening  Smiley
I'm still trying to get to grips with the daft diff still in the LH as that's where most of the laptime will be.

Sorry about my absence, back on station now. It appears there was also an update to AC over Christmas/New Year so the server has been updated and is now running practice for this event.

Cheers Pete, much obliged  Smiley

Be interesting to see what times our fast guys can get from this car. I'm estimating a 2:14/15 from the aliens. I feel quick in it but know the aliens will demoralise me  :'(  laugh

*ahem* 2:13's *cough*

Although that's in a short tail with mediums and about 26l of fuel.
Haven't decided on strategy yet but won't expect those times on full fuel...

Long tail is currently poised to drop into the 2:14's
