...all the old sods drifting back.

Hey Geoff, welcome back.

Looks like quite a few CHR drivers are coming back this season. Bring back Al and Tom and I'll have no choice but to quit my job and start racing again Cool

Just quit sleep.

Just quit sleep.

That won't work in my case. For most of the month, I drive a small truck around Europe. This makes league racing rather impossible for me.

It wont work with me. I'm one of those weirdos, who need to use wheel for every car game. Once I've actually used my G25 in old trackmania Grin

Is it a modern enough truck to be drive by wire?
I'm sure you connect it to a laptop  Grin

I won't be able to do all the races, but I miss the racing. So I've registered as a reserve driver.

Lol. If it was possible, it would be so cool.  Grin

I asked Jean-François Bovy, one of the creator of Jehonville track, if he would like to join us on this serie and especially for his "own" track.
But when he tried to register, he got this answer :

Great idea. If it is a one off & Jean-Francois is driving as a guest you could just send the password & IP address by e-mail.

Hello,

I'd like to be included in the Amateur drivers list for this 65 trophy, if possible.
I'll try to be present in all 3 remaining races of this season.

Very glad to see that Jéhonville will have a rerun early July, by the way Wink

Thanks in advance,

JFB

Hello Jean-François

It should be OK for your registration.
You will see the pwd for the next 65 race (...in Belgium at Moulinsart, beware the Castafiore !!!) around 24 hours before the race and on the top of the related topic.

Not sure we will re-run Jehonville begin of July, it will probably be replaced by another track .

Now I think we have to take a decision for the final round of this serie after Jehonville race has been cancelled.

What do you propose ?

My opinion would be to race in a papyrus track, so we will not need lot of time to practice.
This season, we raced several times on quick track (Enna, Sebring ...)  so a track like Zandvoort or Watkins Glen could be a good choice ?

Just tell me !

Yes, a Papyrus track. I've had to learn enough this season. Smiley

Of the two proposed I would go for Watkins Glen.

Attendances have been down for the past few races. Zandvoort, the Glen or even Monza would be just fine.

How about Mosport or Mexico - or have we been there already?!

If so, I don't mind going again!

Cheers,
Dave.
