Congrats Maikel on being worthy winner of the championship and a shot out to nfsw for some very good pace. Thanks to the rest of you guys for some good clean racing, I have had fun. Shame I screwed up the first round with not enough fuel and last week when I couldn't make it due to unforeseen issues. Had a poor quali due to catching slower traffic in the wrong places and a mistake. Good race even though ended up 5th after the first corner. Got 2 clean passes done after a couple or so laps but nfsw was to quick and had to settle for 3rd. Hope to race again in the next championship and happy with a couple of wins and podium finishes by keeping my nose clean. Thanks guys.
Hey, we have two more rounds to go, Monza and Spa. Its not over just yet

Such a lovely track to drive on Had a great start and managed to get a good lead out of T1, from there on out the first few laps I was trying to gain a big enough gap to nfsw, taking a couple unnecessary risks along the way. Tried to take it down a few notches after I gained a few seconds but this track is so much more fun going all out Shame about those weird discos you're getting Denis. Looked through the replay and saw you ( and a few others aswell ) had some nice battles going on. Nice to see such a clean start and T1 on these cold, slippery tyres. Seems the warmer temps helped abit with that aswell. Though for some reason I was losing about 2/10s of a second on the last straight compared to my personal best lap yesterday. Even though I got a better exit. Used the same setup, only the tyre pressure down a notch. No idea if the temperatures should affect the engine performance. Time for some good old familiar tracks now with Spa and Monza.

Sorry to Mark Jonzo for the crash in qualifying, will post a video of what happened in a while but I just lost the car on the curb. Thought that letting the car drift away from the racing line was for best however APEXTECHUSA went that side to avoid me so I ended up stopped in the middle of the track. It also messed up somebody else lap too, though not sure who's. So sorry to them as well.

Think that was me, I went for a gap that was slightly smaller than my car without lifting and got away with it Then crashed on my own going up the mountain Epic start to the race with Eck alongside to the cutting, shame I then managed to throw my positions away courtesy of hill hits and a brief trip into the kitty litter. I demand a re-run! (Just so we can do it again to be honest)

So here's the video of what happened in quali, and honestly I'd like your opinions on what I could have done better after the spin, as rolling backwards up the hill was not a very good idea in hindsight. Should I have steered towards the closest wall just to get out the way as fast as possible? (EDIT: ... the more I watch this, the more I cringe with just how badly I handled that. Rolling into the middle of the track, then driving the wrong way towards Thomas!) Video: https://youtu.be/oP1Y5pm03C8As for the race... Really enjoyed it, only had about 20mins practice beforehand so the result was much better than I'd hoped for and only had a few minor bumps along the way. Brilliant track, I hope this makes a comeback in a future series

Phew, well that went better than I expected and great to hear everyone enjoying the racing! Qually was very tough, I was gradually improving my pace but just as my tyres got to optimum then Sam had his big spin at T3 and I got collected. So had to start all over again and get the tyres warmed up. I was on a real flyer 6/10ths up on my last lap of qually and stupidly over did the right foot on exit of the last downhill corner...blew it that cost me very dear as meant I Qualied about 3-4 places lower :'( Race was great, kept it steady and out of trouble the whole race, just one minor side brush with a bit of wall. Picked my way past a few spinners and steadily worked upto 7th. Last laps I had the jaws music humming in my ears and started to feel the pressure as shark began to close on me and my driving slipped. But I kept it clean and finished well The cars looked superb in a train up the hill, big congrats to Maikel 'king of the hill' and all that finished

Not much to be done in a situatuon like that imo. Could've rolled it towards a wall the second you got turned around, but thats not something your thinking about at that time And with that much traffic coming up the best thing was just to stay still. Though I would've tried aiming for the other wall when Thomas was coming on. Its just a tricky track when someone spins around on the hill part. Narrow road with nowhere to go. Though that is one of the charms of this track

Onboard https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHlJ3PamA1YIt was hard and fun race for me. 10's lap was apotheosis of it. Small and blast fight w Michael- but hi is well defended his pos! Strange break behavier in begin of downhill destabilise my car and then break on the left side grass brings to spin with Simon. Sorry Simon BTW Strange grip feellings was in race. I have ideal 26PSI but grip was not stabil in some cases and feel like overgriped in turns in higher road ambience temps.

So here is my Q and R report Q: After few laps that I make my lap time in a run for a better PB I was almost 1 sec of my lap time that was my Q lap and in the last corner someone spun out and it was in the apex of the turn, I saw him, I turn and because I didn't wan't to lose the PB I stay in the throttle and I was telling to my self "now the car will grip and I will avoid him, now the car will grip, now ..... grip...." but grip never come and I slam into him (sorry about that ). I tried again but couldn't find my pace so I end it up 3rd place. R: 1st corner wen't everything well, in the first couple of corners(laps don't remember) I lost 2 places and I was some seconds behind but as soon I find my rhythm I manage to close the gap from Samwell and Thomas because they where fighting for the 3rd position. Thomas got 3rd and as soon I pass Samwell the gap from Thomas was around 4-5 secs. I tried to close it and I got it to .5 sec in the 10th lap but then couple mistakes happened and the gap was again to 2.5-3. I said let's give it a try to close it again but couldn't so 4th position for me. Fun and scary race with this beasts and now i'm looking for the next race. Congrats to Maikel and to all others.

Best to slam on the anchors and stay still so you can press ESC quickly. A stationary car is a more predictable car than a moving car so if in doubt, stop wherever you are.

That was an incredible few laps and I was amazed I got the place back. I was half expecting to follow behind you after the first left kink when you were ahead but the door was so wide open that it would of been rude to not go through hehehehehe What does Saido mean??
