From my opinion, Fran closed the door but not voluntary ...he simply partially lost the control.
Bastian was trying to overtake on a difficult place, he should have been more patient especially on this long track with a long straight and multiple places to overtake

Quite the same than first incident for me, but with harder consequences : contact between the cars and lot of time lost.
I think Fran again loose control and there is no really bad intention
and again Bastian tried to overtake on the more difficult place of the track.

The collision was very violent : Billy was running at 202 km-h and Bastian at only 151 kmh when the incident happened.
Billy is clearly responsible and he recognized it but Bastian was very slow at this place :
In comparison, Gareth was running here at 209 kmh, Rainier at 196, Bird at 190, Fran at 193 !
