I doubt it. I'm in the mid 1:40s! No idea where there could be another 3 seconds in it! Setup and balance feel good too.
With a lot of cheating I can do 1:39s now. Don't like how much kerb you need to take as you're basically off the circuit for quite a few of the corners without penalty. I have the DLC but I really don't think you should be changing a series half way through. There is no big need to do so. There is an Audi already, it's VERY similar to the new one, so really why does it need to be included half way through? If it were 5 new cars then maybe, but 1 car that's basically the same as another, it's just pointless imho. Just my two pennies worth.

What??? Last post said we wernt going to run the DLC. I have been running both cars round here, but an earlier final final statement would be useful!
The car is completly different Simon, the name maybe the same...

Hmm I may have to defer to Pete and Dave on this one as although I plan this series it's not my website to dictate people buying dlc Wouldn't be such an issue if we had it before the series started. However I did say from the off that people would be able to use the new car when it became available. (As long as half the grid didn't migrate). The voting was 15-2 in favour of getting the dlc so really the two should decide to get it or not race. Problem also, is now that any car changes have to be made on race day and that relies on me and Pete having time to do it. Is anyone planning on wanting the Audi? I think for this race its too late to make a decision so stick with the original car choices. This gives the two who dont have the DLC another week to decide on what they want to do.

It's an Audi, it's a GT3, tbh all the GT3s are pretty similar really. Slightly different characteristics but they are all inherently very similar, that's why they are so closely matched. My test drive of the new Audi indicated to me that it feels just like the old one. I doubt I could tell the difference if you selected the car for me and told me not to look before entering. It's like the Pepsi-CocaCola challenge only with Audis . Maybe your senses are way more honed than mine. Do you have audi-tingling super senses and an Audiman cape?

It's a hard choice to make, personally I have the DLC but would not like to see people not racing because for whatever reason they don't have it. It has been a long time since Wednesday night racing has been so well attended and to loose racers because of it seems a bit pointless. Just finish the series as it started and then introduce the new content as and when. Need bigger grids not fewer. Just my opinion, Bob.

Majority rules as far as i'm concerned.. sick of having new content to use and isn't just because some tight arse doesn't wanna spend equivalent of a pint and packed of crisps...
if they don't want to pay, fine, they don't race.. its not like they wont get it in future..
What a dumb reaction, really shows your true self (also shown on your onboard Road America video). I stated why I won't be buying the DLC, and nowhere did I say it's because of money. I'm fine with any decision being made about the DLC, I've been waiting with practice for a decision to be made, because I don't want to waste my time.

Hi Mark, I will be racing but not this race. I'm keen to get back to wednesday night racing - just need to organise my life a bit better. Got the Porsche btw.

I agree with this personally. Plus we aren't 'halfway through the season' we are only on the 3rd round of 10 so plenty of racing left to include the shiny new Audi. I've asked a couple of times if anyone is going to use it but no definitive answers. If it was a 2017 version of the pork I would definitely be forcing it in

Regarding track limits here, we can use the red zones as part of the circuit as they do in the real series. But don't put the car any wider than the red zones. Capito tutti? Ps never heard back from Justin...are you intending to race? If so I need your steam guid and car choice pronto !

It seems the cut-track detection is quite strict round here via PLP/ stracker not sure which, seemingly allowing use of the red areas but only two wheels by how many times I've lost valid laps!
