I have been considering doing some AC events on Thursdays continuing the Thursday evening
traditional "historic" theme. I am wondering if there would be any more interest than we get
for R3E at the moment?

I have no other leagues on Thursday, so as long as real life allows it, then Thursdays work for me. The only thing which might be a thing, is having 2 races in 2 days. That might be too much for some and then they will have to chose, so you "steal" drivers away from eachother.

Yep, that was my concern. Most of the people who come to the Thursday events do Weds AC as well
so I doubt it would affect them, but it might get a few Weds people to come to the Thurs events as
well perhaps. I like the pre configured car groups in R3E, whereas in AC it would require a lot of
testing to get well matched car groups at each track. So would likely be mostly spec races.
Perhaps this PCars 2 might be worthwhile? I will play with that as well. I don't care too much
what the underlying product is, as long as it gets a few people and will create good on line races.

Despite the low turnout, like most of the others I enjoyed racing on Le Mans again last night.

I am planning on doing another AC Le mans race later in the year using some sort of prototype. So we will have to see how many turn up for that.

My long term plan is to mix Sunday nights up between AC series and R3E series, so maybe some racers will migrate back if they know there will be a whole AC series to compete in.

Don't forget there is still the second half of the R3E summer series to come and the AC GT3 Donington special event on 3rd September. In the meantime I am sorting out the schedule for the rest of the year, GT3 + ?......
