Sorry to disappoint you guys. But whatever we do, we cannot please all of the members all of the time.
The moderators felt that the numbers for the 65's were dwindling slightly at the end of last season, and as they had been well used over the past few years, maybe it would be good to bring in one of the other mods that we have alongside the new 55 mod for season 32.
Don't worry though, I am sure that they will return in the future.
The big problem that we have in GPL,( and I guess that it is a good problem to have in many respects ) is that we have 7 different carsets to choose from and only 2 evenings per week when we traditionally can race them. Our servers are free thanks to some dedicated and generous members who have to fire up their servers for the races,
If there was enough interest and commitment to race on an evening other than Sundays or Tuesdays, it might be possible to provide a server for a fun series. That would be dependent upon one of our server/member combinations being available...........................
