your basically not putting the power down soon enough or controlling the power oversteer well enough.. your not carrying enough speed through the twisty bits, it also doesnt look like you are flat out over the hump on the s/f straight and your exit to the last corner is compromised somewhat because your terminal speed up to that hump is slower. there are 2 fast left handers and it looks like your lifting on the second one, you take both these corners flat out and brake just as you exit the second but you must control the brake oversteer into the tight left hander.
To summarize, you seem to exit the pits very well

I can't race tonight either as I am banished to London. Should be running for the next two weeks though

how the heck am I 4.7 secs off the lead time here? its not that long a lap! all I'm getting is heaps of understeer your basically not putting the power down soon enough or controlling the power oversteer well enough.. your not carrying enough speed through the twisty bits, it also doesnt look like you are flat out over the hump on the s/f straight and your exit to the last corner is compromised somewhat because your terminal speed up to that hump is slower. there are 2 fast left handers and it looks like your lifting on the second one, you take both these corners flat out and brake just as you exit the second but you must control the brake oversteer into the tight left hander. Other than that it’s the perfect lap Thanks Chris. Regarding the sector 1 hump I’ve tried all sorts of setup tweaks to not have to lift there but I end up in the trees on the left if I keep my foot in Aforementioned understeer is related to not being able to take some of the corners flat

Decent race in a very hard track for me Started 5th after a quite qualify, I knew that with my pace haven't any possibilites against the fantastic four, I had around 2.07.6, the others was below the 2.07. Start! I saw in front me ChrisR that had some difficulties with the throttle. I decide anyway to be calm after Longford things, I tought "5th could be a good result after Longford". After two or three cornes I saw ChrisR hit a poles and him hit fabri after and I managed to avoid them for little! Catched the 4th. Fmg for the first laps pushed very hard, and I was really slow because I had brakes and tyres cold yet. After some laps I never more saw him on my mirrors, I think that him made a mistake. Around half race, I saw Fabri and Maikel swing on the track! They was over 15 second on me! Catched the 3rd! But Maikel was there, so near! Try to push so hard, but him was really really fast, much more pace then me. Ended 3rd, as always the race end at last corner, not at first.

Bah disastrous race for me and my chief rival ChrisT bagged a load of useful points over me One minute I’m fighting him hard for 5th and enjoying it only to get a weird braking spin on the outside edge of the chicane that drops me to 11th and last I then had two awful laps in a row losing over 9 secs per lap as the car just kept under steering into the scenery this was compounded by clashing with Bob who weirdly seemed to brake or slow dramatically right in front of me this lost me more time and further car damage I eventually got back into a rhythm and set decent lap times to catch Stefan with a few laps to go, closing him down but I stupidly then had a bad lap and smashed my right rear wheel on a lampost. To add insult to injury Chris r caught my wounded crabbing car on the last lap and I lost another place Seriously a race to forget.

Started ok, lost out to felix by the first corner, then had a moment where my brain switched off so i ran a little wide and left in 3rd which meant peeps behind caught up, maikel contacted me and i ended up dead last with a busted wheel.. managed to get it repaired but was about a minute behind 1st place.. 30secs behind 2nd to last..
Just put my head down, as mark mentioned i managed to gain a spot in the last section.

The qualification didn't went that well. I couldn't make a clean lap without a mistake, which meant I had to settle with 4th position on the starting grid.
I had a very good start and managed to get to the first corner in first place. Then I saw that something happened behind me and suddenly I was over 3 seconds ahead of the second place car. I relaxed a bit but not for long. Maikel started putting some really fast laps and I had push hard to keep my gap for a few laps. Then something happened and I was ahead by a few more seconds. After that it was a pretty uneventful 2/3 of the race. I tried to have some fun pushing for fun but careful enough to not over push and do some mistake.
Wining this race putted me in a good position for the rest of the championship, specially because I know that I won't to very good at the Nurburgring.

@Mark, yes indeed bonus points for me. You flew past me on the jump and I thought that's the last i see of him. Then on the 2nd to last left you went a bit wide which allowed me to catch up and then of course there was your peculiar spin on the last corner which gifted me the place. Then on the penultimate lap, what i thought would be the last lap, fmg got past. Fmg must have hoped it was the last lap cos on the actual last lap he crawled to a snails pace, presumably conserving fuel, and i managed to get the place back. So a 5th place, my highest this season, more by luck than by judgement
