Championship Standings

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another
non pack track occasionally)
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Wow that was hard work - had to be almost perfect every lap to keep a gap that meant no slip stream and even more heat from behind. Talk of slip streams I'd like to thank Matt for giving me one on my pole lap Wink

Sorry for missing this race but had a long telephone call from an old colleague who worked for me in the 1980s/90s who contacts me at Christmas time!

Misjudged speed into first corner and had to dig myself out of the gravel. Slowly caught Matt who looked to be struggling a bit to be consistent, but i was realising with MAtt behind me that i was missing the apex of the Druids hairpin so thought i should take a tighter line. Hit the big kurbs on the inside and slowly rolled over!

Hoping for some tussling and dicing in that race as we were all within a couple of tenths of eachother, but it never really happened.. As Pete says he was quick and consistent and pulled a gap early on. Managed to stay in touch in the first half, but later on he was again pulling a few tenths a lap on me, great pace.

Somehow I also lost all timing and position information just before race start, so I had no idea what lap times I was doing or what the gaps were. However I did quite like the decluttered look which was much more realistic and immersive. I might try that again if I can work out how I did it..
