Server: simracing.org.uk Monday
Password: see above

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules.
(3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read
Autopit="0"
Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off
No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car
If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable.

Special Notes: Note early race start.

I had fun driving the hairy (and as Tony pointed out, very noisy) Nissan, and managed a pretty decent start off the line in R1, passing a few and someone obligingly spun out - just for once I missed getting involved - and had a pleasing couple of laps in second, which with Ziu in front, is almost as good as being in the lead!  Tony then caught up, and several fun laps ensued, occasionally bouncing off each other, but the Skyline's raucous exhaust sound obviously didn't deafen him quite enough, and although at first my car had the "legs" on the straights, he wore me down; I had a moment and dropped down a place or two, and eventually went off-line over the second chicane one too many times and got a Stop/Go penalty. Having not had one for ages, I couldn't remember what to do when I got back to the pits, fumbled with trying to stop the mechanics doing various things, accidentally hit Esc and that was that!
            R2  Was pretty good too, though I did my usual rubbish job of qualifying and started from the back, but a top six finish was in the offing until I again lost the plot, had a couple of spins and decided enough was enough.
             Well done winners.  Enjoying this series and the ATC one.  Oh, was my dodgy lagging connection better last night chaps? One or two of you disappeared from view once in a while, but I didn't notice my car doing anything weird this time.

@ Huggy - Info about Pitting for Stp/Go penalty here https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?topic=11928.msg214835#msg214835

I only saw you lag once so a big improvement I would say.

Cheers Tony, will get some practice in!  Asked wife (nicely) not to go on line for the duration, and made sure my phone and tablet were offline, so maybe that had some effect.

I was DQ in race 1 while I was loading gas in garage. I don't know if I was late on the grid or whatelse. In case, no start from pits in GTL? I don't remember exactly how it works.

In race2 I was easily passed at start by Bob on BMW and then I was promoted in 4th by Clive spin at Lesmo2. He almost catched me after I did a couple of mistakes on braking (damned!), but he had an off at Ascari that let me end the race in 4th behind the Beamers.

You must be on the grid before the countdown gets to 3 or you get DQ. No Pit lane starts in GTL.
