Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules.
(3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read
Autopit="0"
Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off
No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car
If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable.

Special Notes: None.

Took the Escort as I didn't want to risk my GTL crashing if I went for my Nissan drive. Started at the back and stayed at the back as the little Escort has no chance against these other cars on such a quick circuit. Still had some good times and I have now used up all my Ford Escort drives.

Didn't want the hassle of changing car, so stayed with the Beemer.

A more genuine pole for this race  Smiley  Again managed to keep the lead at the start.  Ziu was close company for the early laps, but I could gradually ease away.  Thus a more quiet race, but gap was never big enough to truly relax; had to focus to the end.

Grats to Ziu & Geoffers for filling the podium.

Having won the first race, decided to change to the Skyline for race 2. Qualified 3rd behind Erling & Ziu, not the best qually laps again, but even if I had matched my best offline lap I would still have been 3rd.

Got a better start this time & got ahead of Ziu before T1, then only went down one gear instead of two & promptly drifted wide & dropped to 5th.  Roll Eyes Caught & passed Dom & Rog & set off after Ziu but he was always a few tenths a lap faster & I wasn't gaining any ground. Around half distance I got a front wheel on the grass at the long RHer & it pulled the car into a spin letting Rog & Dom past again. Got back ahead of them & then on the final lap I was a bit hot into the tight LHer (T3) & spun again, this time I got going only losing one place to Rog who then promptly did the same thing at following turn. Braked hard to avoid him but still just bumped him as I went past which I think caught out Dom who was close behind as he spun off too! Shocked

So came home 3rd. Congrats to Erling & Ziu.  clap clap

Good to see NG racer Dom join us for this one, shame Daz didn't make it, results may have been different if he had!
