Can everybody with ballast check if they have the right amount? It's all done manually, so it's likely there will be an error at some point  Tongue.
I can't make this race, which is why it's Imola  Grin

I won't race for sure tomorrow, so even if mine it's wrong it's not a problem. Will check it for the next one. See you next week Smiley

Darn,  there was me thinking I was outpacing Felix for a change on the practise server  Shocked but I forgot he has Jeremy Clarkson sitting in the passenger seat with ballast  Grin

Yes, I'm over one second slower with the ballast.

This is one of the worst tracks to carry so much extra weight  Sad

At least it is working then and people are not driving around overweight without any use:).

IMHO, Road Athlanta will be the same bad track for extra weight balance.  Wink
I not have any time for traning Imola but tomorrow ill' try to do some tens of laps  Smiley

I was worried I wasn't even going to make qualifying as I was still putting the children to bed at 8pm! Didn't even know what track it was so had fingers crossed that I didn't need to download anything. Jumped on the server with a few seconds of practice left, loaded my setup from Nurburgring and swapped the settings from left to right (as it's an anti-clockwise track). Worked out what fuel I would need during qualifying, but not really on it so started 9th was it?

Anyway, had some great battles for the first half of the race as I got to grips with the car/circuit combo and eventually discovered how to drive it properly. I was really getting into it and rampaging up the order, not long before the tyre drop off point, whilst chasing NFSW hard, I was suddently possessed by the ghost of Ayrton Senna. I started setting green, followed by green, followed by more green laps and then...as if I was totally at one with the car...the holy grail...a purple lap! Me!? A purple lap! Me?! eek

Ok, yes others had (a tiny Wink bit of) ballast, but it was on half worn tyres and I'll take whatever I can get, so just for a little while, I'm going to savour that purple lap, like the victory it feels like.

Enjoyed the race but I had no idea how long the tyres would last. I saw everybody was on mediums so I put them on but for some reason I thought it would be a 30 lap race and did not think the tyres would last so I planned to pit. Halfway  through the race I realised my mistake but had to pit for fuel so lesson learned. Started to get a feel for the car as the race went on and had a good battle trying to pressurise a green car into an error and if he had held it on track for 2 corners more he would have had me off his tail as I had to pit  Smiley I did not have driver names on so I do not know who it was but it was good fun.

Bah that didn't go as I hoped  Sad

Qualied well with a new pb to grab 4th, so far so good.  Smiley
Got a good start and stayed with the front 3 for a couple of laps. However that all un-ravelled when I had to take a big avoiding action to avoid smashing into felixs almost stationary butt on the fast downhill left  : Shocked
Don't know whether he had tangled with Nfsw or it was the ballast but it was quite a shock to close so fast.
Unfortunately that dropped me into the clutch of Frex. We enjoyed a good battle for ages whilst Simon closed on us.
My main gripe of the night was the completely different grip we seemed to have compared to the online practise server. My setup which had been good for numerous low 42's now couldn't even get me out of the 43's  Angry and the car was over-steering too regularly, one dose of which allowed Simon an easy pass at the first chicane  Sad
Anyway my fight with Frex was good fun and went on for ages until he got a bad oversteer in a fast left and stoved into my side whilst I was doing near 100mph  Shocked ...about 2millions worth of Fezzas wrecked right there!
The car didn't feel quite the same after being converted into the colosseum  Grin
I steadily closed on FMG after, who had also got an easy pass due to the accident  Roll Eyes but ran out of time/laps and finished a lowly 7th...boo.

Well done to Maikel and the podium..and shark for his purple patch  Smiley

I haven't enough time for this race traning. Qualyfied the 2nd was a very good for me. Thanks guys for absolute fantastic, correct and proper race start. I love UKAC for that. The first turns was ideal as i remember  Smiley
Maikel went for Win with +80 kg. No other way  here  Grin
I tryed to support good pace in race distance and have lonely laps which is saved my concentration in good level. In 2\3 Felix was vacated from nfsw55 cool battle and begun to chase me. AAAaand.. I fueled 59l at start. In race i seen that my fuel app is in bug(!) and don't inform me about fuel. I had bad forefeeling and understuud this in last laps. This moments i lost my patience, make a mistake and Felix pass me in Rivazza. Now i have time to check fuel manually using brain  Grin
Checked that i dont have 1-1.5 litre for last laps. Begun to save fuel and finished with 50 gramms  Smiley  Simon finished just after me, so i was lucky here. Smiley
And yes- as Mark said- i have the different car feelings in this session too. Good that i manage my final setup in official practice. With my old and more calm setup it was impossible to drive fast here.  Smiley
Thanks guys for the race and see you all in Road Athlanta if i 'll race it due my birthday  Tongue
PS . Yeah, Simon is cool in purple colour!  Smiley
