Oh for ffs what a waste of all that practise and race time why couldn’t I pit normally? The car just sat there with no option to do anything. I even tried forward and reversing to make sure it was in the correct pit markings but nothing happened. How disappointing. Did you try pressing the arrow keys?

No I didn’t press any keys. Been quite a while since I did a pit stop during a race in AC but thought we just normally park in our pit box and a pit menu pops up Only myself to blame for not putting the correct fuel amount and then not knowing the pit procedure (if there is one). But for fuel I did 40 x 60 secs divided by the fastest 1:41 laptimes and then stuck an extra 5 lites in. When you guys said 80L I just assumed you were using shorter gear ratios and different wing.

I remember a race online when i just go to pit for normal and sheduled pit but nothing happens. I done my pit here only when i pit in second lap. SO. If you planned a pit , try to popup pit app window for test BEFORE you coming to pit. ( for self-check) Another one but i see online when sheduled tyres change was't done in pit.( i have video for it) . SO doublecheck and try to change values in race BEFORE pit. It's AC.

No I didn’t press any keys. Been quite a while since I did a pit stop during a race in AC but thought we just normally park in our pit box and a pit menu pops up I think since the introduction of the pit config in the setup menu, it's now the idea to set it up beforehand, that way as soon as you stop, they get to work, instead of selecting what to do. If you want to change something before stopping, you need to press an arrow key to get the window to pop up. Only myself to blame for not putting the correct fuel amount and then not knowing the pit procedure (if there is one). But for fuel I did 40 x 60 secs divided by the fastest 1:41 laptimes and then stuck an extra 5 lites in.
What did you use to see the fuel per lap? I divided 2400 by 103 as I thought that'd be the racepace.

Tough but enjoyable drive this car here. With everything going on in the first few laps I seemed to end up running directly behind Jeff and Mark, in 7th struggling to work out how I get there! But then the guys behind started catching and I started to make a few mistakes getting distracted looking at the timings. Enjoyed running with you all near the back of the field!
Little confused as to what happened there Baikal, I lost the back slightly, actually thought you'd touched my backend, realised you were along side so tried to give you the apex but was expecting us to both get through the chicane, so kept my line, expecting a bit of room but probably should have a been a single line through there. Sorry you ended in the gravel.
Tried to workout why, from my live-tracker why Mark J seemed to be constantly in front of the leader, yet according to my listing was at least a lap down, do we not get blue flags.
Last lap or so we all seemed to close up, but no one seemed to be wanting to let the leader through, Mark was getting a bit aggressive and wanting past so decided to just let him past as I knew it wasn't going to change the result.

Sorry Spanner, was only aggressive as thought I was fighting for position on the final lap! That combined with my fuming outrage at not being able to splash and dash from a healthy 6th place meant I wasn’t taking any prisoners. If I’d known it had auto dumped me a lap down I would have just retired

As Jeffrey says; you have to tell the put crew what to do before you put in using the arrows or by pre-setting the apps in your setup.

I don't think Mugello is best suited for these cars, but some of the other tracks are going to be awesome. Thanks everyone and see you all in Italy.
Mugello was used during the 1985 World Sportcar Championship. I picked all the tracks that were used that year and had to substitute a few due to them not being available. I have no idea how Mugello has changed over the years tho. Hey, I wasn't criticizing your track choice or saying that you were wrong to include Mugello. I think the circuits we have in this series are brilliant and a great mix and I love that where possible you have mirrored an authentic championship It was just that having tried some of the other circuits in the 962c, the more open, sweeping tracks are my favourites.

Under pressure... that'd be the theme song for my race Qualify went better then I expected when I got the pole. I was a bit surprised by that because I expected, specially, Maikel to be faster than me. I managed to do a good start and kept the first position braking for T1. I knew Maikel was faster and that I wouldn't have an easy race if I wanted to keep him behind me. I directed all my concentration for corner exit to try to defend. But still a couple of times Maikel managed to get along side me braking for T1. One of those times I had a bit of a wheel lock and went a bit too wide bumping side-to-side but luckily we both managed to keep it on track without losing too much time. Other time I had to try really hard exiting T1 so that I could keep in front for T2. The I saw Maikel going straight ahead in one corner and first I though it was some connection issue but then I realised that he had actually lost a few places. After that the pressure dropped but I kept pushing because there were still a couple of fast guys not too far behind. And in the last couple of laps I had to do a few evading manoeuvres to avoid being hit by Mark and crossed the line just a couple of seconds after the race time was over.

It was a very tight race. I started very well and I was third at San Donato corner; I did the first laps with very cautious, because of the cold tires and the weight of the fuel. After a few laps I see the FMG's yellow car that followed me very closely. He put a little pressure on me and forced me to push hardest. A lap he was perfectly in the slipstream ready to overtake, but he missed a gear and this saved me. I think he was hypnotized by the red "pois" on the back of my car. We have studied that skin for this reason, and it works! At half race I did several fast laps, taking some space on FMG. He then reduce the gap at few sec, but I managed to keep the 2nd position despite my problems with the tires.
I saw the battle of the leading pair, fantastic. Maikel was really a pirate with a knife between his teeth. Red Number!

Do you mind slowing down next time, I'd like to experience it as well and I'll tell you afterwards if it worked ? Maikel was really a pirate with a knife between his teeth. Red Number!

Judging by the amount of enthusiastic post race comments it would seem this car has been a big hit with all. Personally found it a challenge but very enjoyable. Keep them coming.

I found it more of a challenge than you did I just got slower and slower as the race went on, you were very patient each time you were stuck behind me. Thanks for that.
