Hi guys!  Smiley
If anyone still not have a Content Manager - just do it! Pay any summ (1-2-1000000 any money) for have full version!
https://assettocorsa.club/content-manager-ru.html

If anyone still not tryed Custom Shaders  Patch ( using Content Manager)- Just do it!
https://acstuff.ru/f/d/28-shaders-patch-dynamic-lights

I've amazed that complex CSP changed my AC, and improve my FPS from 40 to 56 on full grid race start, from midrace 85  to 125 !
Ilya Jusupov is true genius. He gave  me new game with better performance and blast game options. You will not need any futher actions and settings of patch to have this massive improvements working from the box. If you wants fine tune- use a millions patch options haha.
This addons has VR improvements too. Test it or find a futher info about VR and shader patch Smiley
Good day ! Smiley

I've been using it for a while, the "real mirrors" are very cool in VR,  but so far its only cost me fps and in MP races thats no good, so I've had to disable it for now

def worth it for playing offline though  Cool

Looks very good indeed. I just don't have a use for it as i only play online and it won't work there.

Offline-Online will be no differencies. This patch containing a million of options. Night lights is only one of them  Wink
I am talking about massive FPS improvements in my single monitor system in any game sessions ( day time tested)  Smiley
+Picture moves more smooth here visually. + you can turn off a whole patch using 1 mouse click in menu  and compare  Wink

PS I've  monitored time to time this patch way from beginning and after year progress, when it's becomes very stable anf full futured i begins to use it  Smiley

Generally it works great for VR and those real mirrors are brilliant,  just I've found in online MP once you get a decent number of cars on track it does affect performance and frame drops are not acceptable in MP races.  Whats weird is its been ok with the evora but in the alfa races I have had some horrible stutters until I disabled it.

The rest of the time I have solid 90fps and it rules.  No way am I ever going back to playing on a pancake  Tongue

Content manager is great though, and worth trying.  I know they are constantly optimising and improving it so I hope it'll get better and I can go back to having the real mirrors in MP soon.

PS . Just checked that "Real Mirror" option is disabled in patch by default, but "Smart mirrors" and "Post processing for mirrors" is turned on  Shocked This is great theme to check!  Smiley

Aha thanks for the info. I had mistaken this for the SOL mod, but that is just another weather mod.

As the new UI and competition system for RF2 is still nowhere to be seen, i guess it is worth a try installing content manager and the shader patch for the well aging AC.
(still i don't see much use for MP sessions though as we always use the same time of day and weather options)

Just keep in ming that not all cars and tracks mods are fully supports this patch. Bad track converts and cars mod will never support this new AC reality . And it good, IMHO. But it is a just a time problem because CM and Custom shader patch is in fact new standart of AC game  Wink

i paid 5 english pounds (donation amount is optional) to the gent for his full (you can just download a free light version) content manager, so i will install it tonight  Smiley  i didnt want to risk it on race night. Will also install the shader improvements. Be great if he gets this to work across Multiplayer.  Think i will have a clear out of old mods too, my AC install is massive with all the tracks and mods i have.

Good, Mark! I am sure- when you'll have some practice with CM- you'll never return to AC standart launcher  thumbup2
Will wait for your feedback  Smiley

You know you can adjust the shaders patch / mirrors etc in content manager,  but still launch the game from the kunos launcher and those things will work  Smiley
