Calculated the fuel for an hour long race so I ended up with way too much fuel and the wrong strategy. I would have gone for my Brands strategy if I didn't forget the format  Tongue

Well that didn’t got to plan  Sad  I was eyeing up sharks 5th place in the table needing only 10pts to get even  but a had a mare in qually and race.
Can’t remember the last time I had 3 spins in a race  Roll Eyes (and I span at castle Combe on Wednesday for real ...a full 360  Shocked Embarrassed )
My fezza didn’t like that apex kerb at Coppice and twice if had me around, both times dropping 12 seconds  Sad then after fighting my way back to 6th I got a huge oversteer at craners and went off on the grass to let Pete back through.
It also inspired Spanner to attack me (fresh tyres?)  as my car got more of a handful on my worn boots. He chased me hard and eventually stuck his nose inside at Coppice touring car style but it punted me off and think he must have spun?
Finished 8th, one to forget.
I was totally cooked from being at Brands in the heat all afternoon, so it was a struggle to keep focused.
Shame to not be battling up front again though  Sad

Well thats the end of our British GT3 series! thanks for taking part everyone

1st Jeffrey - race winner, fast and consistent and rarely off the podium.
2nd nfsw55 - another race winner with plenty of podiums
3rd Felix - Multiple race winner, but suffered from DNS/DNF

Maybe one day when my kids have grown up and I have more time to practice I will be able to get a bit closer to you guys!

It has been good to see Sunday nights getting busy again, we have been getting double figures for all the AC races, and the R3E series although not as popular has seen more people showing up and the final round is still to come next week at Macau!.

We will have some fun races over the next few weeks while I finalise the details for the AC V8 supercars series (I have got most of the track selection sorted and tested offline, I now need to check that they are suitable for use on the server)

Grats to you Stephen for producing great racing series. I know how much work is involved behind the scenes. Well done and long may it continue.
