shame you didn't make this a GT race you might have got more numbers  Undecided  but watching LM all weekend did at least inspire me to try out the prototypes in AC for the first time  Smiley They are pretty nifty! But will take a few hours of seat time to get used to such a fast exotic beast. The braking and cornering speeds are unlike anything we normally race with.  Shocked
Also, is there a guide somewhere to how to use their energy recovery systems etc? I've now mapped some buttons on my wheel for the various modes but no idea how or when to use them  Huh Also I noticed in the speed bar, you get a pale blue, green and red line that go up and down, I presume that is the battery recharging/draining ? Is it automatic in the LMP cars or should you be over-riding it also?
Way too complicated!   Tongue

Will try and give these some seat time for next time you propose a race with them. Le Mans would have been fab but i've spent umpteen hours watching the race and the world cup this weekend so racing tonight wasn't really possible without domestic warfare  Grin

LM demands a proper race here with a good grid  Smiley

The best way is to set it to auto harvesting in the setup and manually boost to use it. you get a finite amount per lap so have to work out where to use it.

For gods sake! i guess we will find out what version we have! looking at when they posted those updates on the history listing i think we are still on two

Unfortunately there is no time to update it now before the race

Did you race in the end last night? The results files are practically empty.

I think this is an isolated problem, if it happens again i would suggest we think about freezeing the track version to be used a day or so in advance of the race

Make sure you have the file on your pc then, as late downloaders will be in trouble otherwise.

Is there an easy way of storing the file locally on this site so that it can be downloaded?

Further updates, its now v2.05... what a complete pita.

No real hassle over other versions though, as long its on RD that is.

At least that History page allows you to download all the old versions. Thus if we're using 2.05 and 2.06 comes out people can still download the old one. Ideally the opening post should therefore show the version number we're using and the link should point to that download rather than the mods main page which only offers the most recent.

Well, one good thing with all these updates. It seems, at least to me, to look good with this latest iteration.
