Side by side contact between Bastian Grupp and Billy Nobrakes
Bastian was slow because he went out of the track a few seconds ago
Billy was overtaking at high speed.

Maybe there was warp at this moment.

I can't see anything wrong from Bastian, when the accident happened he had already re-join the track.

Billy was too close to Bastian's car and he had enough place to go more on the right.

side by side contact - Penalty one place for Billy.

Why can't we just run original Spa, it doesn't have these issues....
Whilst Spa 67is a testimony to the track builders skill I do actually prefer the lay out of the corners in the original. It might also be that the fast guys like Axel go even faster on the new track.

Spa67 was built to have a much more realistic track,
papy Spa is like a wide Autobahn in many sections  cursing

IMO this track needs a good setup, custom made for your driving style!

And you must love this track... punk

I do prefer this layout, just not the hassle... Axel, what settings do I need to look at/change?

You have to manage the key corners like Eau Rouge without irritations of limits in the suspension.
And you need perfect gears here!!!

So I have a raised setup pretty much asymetric but very save,
a quali lap into Eau Rouge when I overshot I had no problem catching it save Grin

my setup: https://www.sendspace.com/file/phcj94

PS

Since I use a FOV of 56 - 60 I do see the track much more realistic and have made big steps in driving Wink

Decided to take a cheap car as I have a habit of hitting the scenery at Spa. The BRM 3L is surprising nice to drive. Was expecting a reasonable points haul but suffered a screen freeze on lap 5. The only thing I hit was a car that was obviously recovering on lap 1. Looks like it was Bastian. I probably could have given a little more room when passing & no real bother as the car didn't take any damage.

no billy its completly my fault.
Sorry i will report now

Checked my spreadsheet and it is correct. The problem is the tokens in the race post for round 6 are wrong. The race post contains the same tokens as the race post for round 5.

I always update the spreadsheet after each race and post the revised tokens in the race thread (i.e. see here).  The moderator creating the race post for the next round should use the post race token values when creating an announcement for the next race. Unfortunately that didn't happen in this case.

Rest assured the post round 6 token summary is correct and should appear in the race announcement for round 7.

Sorry for the confusion, thanks for spotting the error Wink.
