WoW WoW Mark!  Grin  Take in easy with such track list))  IMHO, all we needs here- is a hi quality mid-short tracks. For most fun. And may be easy to learn.  Smiley I mean AC stock laserscans and other well known and loved tracks  Smiley  This car is easy to drive but not so easy in close battles and overtakes.
All we need here - is Jeff's or FMG's  Pro view and advice  Wink
I wish to not include too narrow tracks. It is impossible to overtake here and all we'll have - it a cars train  Grin

International TCR points system:-

Position    1st     2nd     3rd     4th     5th     6th     7th     8th     9th     10th
Points       25       18      15     12       10       8        6        4        2        1

Good system, imho .
In addition to score system- for better fairness and interest you can add some points to first 3 pilots in Qualy results too. For example- Pole: +3 , 2nd:+ 2, 3rd place: +1.

This series has been set up using the DTM scoring (as above) so not sure how/if points can be implemented for qually positions  Undecided  (Dave/Tony/Pete?)

Those races are what i found listed for the TCR series in real life, doesnt mean we need to use them. But most people dislike the mickey mouse smaller versions of tracks (including me!) so thought i would throw it out there for other good suggestions.

Agree , but in this car ( not too fast, easy to drive, good grip), the long full sized tracks may bring a vapidity in low amount of  laps for 20 minutes race . But  it is not distrib to Brands Hatch GP, for example  Smiley Wink About Micki Mouse- i think is only Valle Club can take this name in TCR , IMHO.
BTW good banner, Mark!

Cool banner MJ.

I see the 2018 TCR schedule includes Barcelona & Zandvoort, which are default Kunos tracks. Also Portimao (Algarve Int), Hungaroring, Oschersleben and Knutsdorp are on the schedule. I believe there are decent mod tracks of them out there? The last two tracks should fit these cars imo, maybe Baikal has already an opinion on these tracks if these would be of high enough standards to be usable?

All i personaly prefer here is not to make a hard work to admins for seaching and checks track mods. Also, i am is not real chedule lover and fanat, futher more, i am not full fanat of FWD, but was enjoyed the main idea of this - i just love a good online battles in quality tracks in AC.  Smiley FWD cars is so fun in battles, i want just bring a taste of this in UKAC  Smiley
So i've explain my position  here, going calm and, being in trust, hope that all will be ok here  Smiley

Yes, I agree with you that we should aim for quality tracks with suitable layout's for good tin top racing! Just seems that we have used, or have experience with, a lot of mod tracks already, so maybe some members already know the quality of these mod tracks. If not, no problem to disregard them for this series as MJ already has a good track list up.

I notice you guys have been to Portimao already with the MC12. Was of a mediocre quality, so can be disregarded.

Link to the TCR series modpack:-

https://www.dropbox.com/sh/2h5ryw816yfjl4d/AABhNYhZ-8jKcldwwrrntc5Ua?dl=0

All cars share the same physics as the SEAT TCR so no-one gets an advantage by choosing different cars.

I havent installed it myself yet but Alexey has tested it and tweaked it where needed (hopefully!) If anyone finds any errors (that can be fixed), announce on here and maybe Alex can patch it before the first race.

Thanks for the link. Some cars are looking a bit shady and some aren't TCR cars in rl, but if all share the physics from the Seat Leon which we drove here a few weeks ago it should be good fun.

You are right, nfsw55 ) There is still no top quality TCR cars in AC.. ( excluding Seat). So, Each pilot can choice the car he prefer ( by manufacturer love or any other things preffering)  Main thing is they are equal byte to byte in phisics (! slightly excluding TT, which was irl TCR'15 ( see UI car info in game) . We can turn off TT from list if any will have nagative to it . Main thing in this pack is that errors free and maximum optimized, tuned in dash's boards and graphics fixed ( where is possible). Good: all have Seq gearbox and optimized colliders. They collected to  a pack in a good view and overall system.  That's all .  Smiley

with my Italian connections i will probably take the Alfa  Smiley as long as i can use it with the rift

Let Baikal know of any graphics anomalies and maybe he can tweak them.

We can either use Vallelunga full track then or swap it for Hungaoring ?  I seem to remember not liking Magione but been an age since i used it. What about Monaco or Adelaide as a street track?

Oschersleben was always a great track for racing and its used in the real TCR series, is there a good mod version of it for AC?

I need help from you guys for testing tracks etc as I simply don't get enough spare time sadly  Sad  so let me know whats good and whats carp! including those tracks on my provisional list.

Your provisional track list looks good to me. It seems that the only mod track is Oulton? This track was quite good with no problems when we ran it during the British GT not so long ago.
Magione is a very tiny track, but should suit this cars. Otherwise Donington is always a good option too.
Don't know about any (good) Oschersleben mod for AC.
