(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the relevant Track Packs for this series
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

This track should suit better than The Chinese one, which was a bit power/brake/turn/ repeat...

Gave up tonight, having problems getting the car to stop. Same setup as at Suzuka, which worked well, but here rubbish. Car either wouldn't stop or locked the wheels, track must have less grip than Suzuka.

Anyway congrats to podium & all finishers. thumbup2

I have not been enjoying Raceroom for sometime now, especially on thursdays this was no different. Couldnt get the car working to my liking, was too slow and breaking the cardinal sin; no setup changes before the race! Just made the car worse.

Enjoyed the DeKon again, and with Pete and Riccardo battling eachother I was able to close a little on them. Then Pete spun, and Riccardo started to pull away. Didn't see much of the front two after that until the last couple of laps, when I suspect Gavino Bottas swapped places with Riccardo Hamilton for the extra championship points!

Good fun, congrats Riccardo and Gavino.

Sorry to hear that, anything we can do to help?

Bit of a mare for me last night, first spin was just me losing concentration and not looking at where I was going  Roll Eyes After catching Geoff and Matt and finally getting past them I threw it off the track in a masochistic form of celebration just as fast as I could Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Quit in a self induced rage. Sorry all.

My usual lack of practice (real life is seriously getting in the way at the moment) I love these cars
particularly the Capri, but I was off the pace, and lost it after a while. had work to do so left.  Sad

As riccardo says, championship finale will be Spa  Grin

Any requests for the next series? I am happy to run another one like this, or a spec series with Capri
or Fabcar, or any porkas again. I like to keep Thursdays historic, so DTM92/Touring Classics/GTO/Gr5
But anything that enough people want will be considered.

Seeing as I was the only GTO class car last night, you might as well discard them for Spa. With everyone in Gr. 5 cars, the grid won't be so messed up.

Race went better than I thought, that Monza is rapid in a straight line (nicely driven Dieter), so eventually I didn't see which way it went. Really thought I'd be out paced by everyone, to get two Capris' of the start was a real surprise, then I seemed to be on a pace with those two cars too. Anyhoo, coming to the end of the race I was way low on fuel and with nothing left to lose, I just pitted (got it all wrong... (which button kills the engine?) again). Sped in pitlane, so drove through a second time. And by then, I was just entertaining myself anyway, as I thought I'd have been doing from the start.

Grats Riccardo, Gavino and Dieter.

As to what to run next, I'm open to anything... as ever.

Formula Junior or Nissan Skyline spec series gets my vote (or even Nissan vs Volvo). Or maybe let Mark decide the next one?

We tried F junior once, and was poorly attended. I am happy to run it if enough people want it.
I like the Skyline idea. Nisan v Volvo? if they are well matched that could run. thanks
