Grin hehe, I had forgotten it might get the fastest lap.
I decided to get off track and leave, but then thought
what the heck I was so far behind it wouldn't make any difference
keep going. I forgot Bill was behind, so I have made myself last.

Thanks Matt! Roll Eyes Sorry for getting in your way when you were about to lap me. I tried to keep to the right but just clipped the tyres and the back came around causing you to collide with me.  Shocked Chuffed to get new PB lap in the Race.

Well done for hanging on in there Bill. I wasn't chasing points anyway, just meant I got even further behind
so I cheated.

Nice to be back racing the Procar and that was a lot of fun! Somehow got to P2 after others fell off, but then rolled it and went back down the field again. Had some good battles with various others, both UK and Italian. Thanks all, congrats podium.

Lack of practice & car setup meant I was always struggling with the M1 around here. Had a couple of off-course excursions early on but eventually got into some sort of rhythm & was keeping pace with Riccardo albeit a couple of seconds behind. Unfortunately had a misunderstanding with Bill when lapping him, went to go one side of him just as he made room for me to pass the other. Avoided running into him but lost control of the car & went off.  Roll Eyes  Will need to get a bit more practice in with the M1 before the next race.

Congrats to the podium.  clap clap clap

These are good fun for me. They have odd handling, in that the front is not too bad, a little understeery perhaps
but the back feels like it's on worn cross plies  Shocked I find stiffening the rear in particular helps make it
more like a proper race car, and makes the slideyness (is that a word?) more manageable.

As usual the only "practice" I get is when I choose the events, so I was way off the pace.

LOL - I never practice until I get on the server on race night, I also suck at setup so essentially ran with the default setup last night. The car was a but understeery but manageable once I'd worked out where to be more careful.

Sorry, despite trying your setup out Matt the handling is a bit too random for my liking with just oo much understeer so will probably avoid these races.

Sorry about misunderstanding, I drive with one eye in mirror and invariably try to move off the racing line.

No worries Bill, I know you are usually very good making room, more my fault on this occasion, its always the car behind's responsibility to make a clean overtake.  thumbup1

PS:Blimey Bill you were up early this morning!  Shocked

Both wife and I got up early when we worked and the old body clock hasn’t reset. So one of us is up and makes a nice mug of tea to have in bed, then we turn our iPads (other Pads are available  Wink) to see what has happened during the night!
