There are other cars comparable to the Lola to use in this championship? I can test something.

Ferrari 330 & Pork 908 fit somehow, I´m happy to choose underdog if possible. Let´s do test race @ anywhere?

Sadly I think the P4 and 908 will be destroyed.
I'm not even sure the 917 is fast enough?

Historically both cars did compete and score points in CanAm, but I suspect this has more to do with reliability than pace.

I had hoped to get something sorted for this week but the rather warm weekend meant I was out and about enjoying the sun.

Nice vid fmg, I should have bloody gone to that Sunday, I only live 10mins away !

Yup, paddock is free entry for that event.
Only problem is the M8 was in a garage in the pits and broke during the race on Sat, so I never got up close to dribble on it.

@Fabri, did you get anywhere with testing other compatible cars?

Still not established if there is a decent Mont Tremblant available?

Sorry for being a bit tardy on this, Been distracted with an SCRS and Lancia 037 released for Dirt Rally 2  tt1  plus tinkering in the real world with my old 911 and Lancia Delta  Cool Not left me much spare time!

just wasted an hour trying to find a Mont Tremblant but no luck. Some guy is making a good version of it but has been on it since 2017 !

Did find a '67 version of Watkins Glen though, so that''ll have to do instead.

So tracks will be:-

Riverside
Bridgehampton
Laguna Seca
Watkins Glen 67
Mosport
Road Atlanta

I thought I'd said the Mont Tremblant was not ready.
Turns out I typed something else by accident - however there is no evidence of this anymore Grin

Just a shame it's the wrong Laguna Seca. The 60's version suits these far more.

Didn’t realise Laguna has changed much other than trackside paraphernalia  Undecided must admit I haven’t seen any historic footage from that track before.
