Yes you will need to register to view the site. This isn't released just yet but if it's up to the standards of their legends GT/proto mod it will be worth a look.

Not at sausage.
To be fair, it would have to be scratch built. You can always spot a GPL conversion - as unless the author has spent weeks/months on it, it will always look rubbish.
Take Aintree etc. as prime examples, they even have noticeable bumps in the FF where the different 'bits' of GPL track join together.

I was reading an interesting article in my latest Motorsport magazine relating to the glorious Alfa Tipo 33. Alfa apparently built it to take on the Porsche 906 race cars of the time, where it managed to beat them at some tracks including proper endurance races like Sebring.  So i was wondering if the two matched up well in AC ? If anyone has some spare time to test them, it would be handy to get some lap comparisons.

(one sticking point is, i cant remember if we have a Porsche 906 in AC ?)  Tongue  There is definitely a mod version kicking around as ive seen it online.

Ha oh well scrap that idea then  Embarrassed didn’t realise we only had the Stradale as not looked for ages.  906 is a mod car too by looks of it. Shame!

Maybe not a candidate for a series here but I found this when I was searching for a Mini Cooper mod (after being disappointed with the mod recently released over at Race Dept). I can only find a facebook link for it so no idea of its origins but the quality of the mod is top notch, possibly the most realistic physics of any classic Mini.

not a huge fan of minis (to drive) but a race grid full of them would be a hoot no doubt. Be like the old GTL days  Smiley

Funny you should say that, I spent a few hours on my monster Grp.C testing over the weekend.
Still a load of tracks to work through but we have a while Wink
