Wow... This is really hard Shocked

Thre is no good setup, you just need to put the laps in and become confident in what the car is telling you and work out how to drive the track safely.

Track is very narrow in this version and am finding the steering just a bit too sensitve at high speed especially through the kink and braking for the cutting? That kink does not allow you to take a wider line, the cut track seems quite severe; lost 0.5sec gain on that lap and not sure what the limit is for it.

That was good pace last night Bob, I think you've been faster if anything since coming back  Smiley

I knew Bathurst was going to be good in these,  but didn't realise how good!
Can we re-run it next week?  Wink

Good combo indeed. Only had a handful of laps, so not too good of a preparation. But the car felt good in qually. As I went for supersofts is thought it was handy to have an alternate pit-stop setting. So in the formation lap I started fiddeling and bent the front suspension! So had to pit for repairs. Duhh. No problems with the walls during the race luckily.

This track has a nice flow to it.
And indeed; good pace Bob! Nice one.

Usually enjoy the mountain, and I thought my 2:12~ was a good pace until I saw some others  Shocked
If I had not used a "safe" setup (like there is such a thing here) I might have gone a bit quicker
but would probably have put it over a wall.

Gained from other's mistakes, and after spanner left I managed 3rd  Grin

Ah, that was so annoying!. I was really enjoying that, no major issues, mamanged ot keep it on the track or not hit anything too hard until about 4mins to go when i looped it at The Cutting. Guess i was just carrying too much speed into it and not really paying too much attention. In trying to loop it back i must have hit the wall a few times. Sadly i must have turned off the damage indicator and have no idea how to switch it back. But was pretty annoyed after that and so the the next lap i think i hit the walls a few times and enough to make the car undriveable with about a minute to go.
