Driver lists can be found on the championship standings page

Server: Simracing.org.uk WTCR

Practice: 20:00 (30 mins)
Qual: 20:30 (15 mins)
Race 1: 20:45 (15mins)
Race 2: 21:00 (20mins)

Cars allowed: WTCR
Track: Silverstone National
Time of Day Setting: 13:00
Weather: Dry

Start: Standing start, reverse grid for second race
Tyre wear: Normal
Fuel consumption: Normal
Pit-stops: None required

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the relevant Track Packs for this series
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.
(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Some good racing at Silverstone, particularly the second race.

First race I just had enough pace to ease away from Pete & take the win. Second race had more excitement, especially after I went off at Maggotts on the first lap, thought I had blown my chances but the close battling at the front allowed me to catch back up & eventually get in the lead.

Apologies to Stephen in race 2 for chopping across your car at Copse, I saw a car a little way behind in my mirror & presumed it was you, not realising we had passed Frex at some point & that you were still close behind. Also pity Pete got DQed. Huh

Congrats to the other podiums.  clap clap

Big apology for first race, first lap - it's weeks since I've driven these and I forgot how tricky they can be under braking. One touch of the brake with the wrong steering angle and I was a passenger, taking out both Stephen and Mark - very sorry chaps.

Made a small change to brake balance for race 2 and felt more confident, and had some good racing throughout. Good fun. Thanks all and congrats Geoff for the wins.

That was a bit like race three at a BTCC meeting! but was ok when everything settled down. I didn't have any time to practice for this one and just drifted back as the race unfolded.

On to Motegi for the next round!
