Havent had time to do any practise so i can see its going to be a short event for me. But hopefully with it being a proper track rather than a street track i might like it.

That turned out to be a bloody good race. Was running late so could not participate in qually. On top of that i could not found my saved set up for this track, so had to revert to an older version and guess the tweaks. That was not exactly what i had and struggled a bit in the first half of the race. Made a decent start and could only follow Matt, Larry and Mark around. FMG was making his way through us mobile chicanes again and by the time i took my late pitstop i had a decent rhythm. I came out of the pits just behind Mark and gave him a run for his money for over a lap or 7 only to get past in the penultimate lap. Now Mark was putting the pressure on me. This resulted in a photo finish at the line. Great dual Mark. Last laps tv cam: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sfw9a3VA1cg

Good race, enjoyed that I didn't! My PC was running very slow and playing up so I had to reboot it (took ages to reboot) managed to log on to the server with about 3 mins of qually left so I hadn't turned a wheel before the start of the race (luckily I had managed to do some practice earlier in the week). Then i realised my randomly occurring problem of AC only giving me 180' of rotation on my wheel (i have it set to 600') appeared so spent the whole race with oversensitive steering which was trying to throw me off the track! On to Oran Park next time for the final race of the series

You seem to be always suffering from PC issues. I constantly see your name pop up a number of times during practice and qually!
Once again it felt night and day between softs and supersofts and tried putting as many laps in in practise to see how they lasted and felt ok on them. My thinking was in making the dampers softer will help get the car to roll a bit and not understeer so much with such quick direction changes but not sure if thats right.
FMG disappearing from pole threw me a bit but realized he was starting from the back, but then i didn't know where the start line was!
Thought i was doing ok and was enjoying the drive and looked like i was going to keep 2nd as it didn't look like anyone was too close. I pitted and suddenly decided not to change tyres as the wear levels didn't seem too bad. So was somewhat surprised to see a few laps later Stefan come out of the pits while i'm starting struggle on the tyres. Tried hard to keep him behind but got way too sideways and let him by but then found it was easier to chase than be chased and got a second wind and had a better last corner and hoped to get to the line first but alas! Great race
