After last nights RRE Porkers @ Spa we now switch over to the AC version of the same combo for this Sundays race!

It will be interesting to compare lap times etc from the two sims

I'm in,  I can't be sure I'll do all rounds but lets see how it goes  Smiley

RRE times are going to get destroyed though,  AC WR is a 2:18.8  Shocked

Had a couple of trial laps to compare. Both cars are modeled on the 2017 cup car but they do seem to vary. Lap times seem very close for me.

The gear ratios are slightly longer on the AC model which actually suits Spa more than the R3E version. The grip levels also feel very different.....the R3E car moved around a lot last night and was a real handful even through fast corners such as Blanchimont. The AC car generally feels much more planted, even on the "Green" grip level setting. Eua Rouge is easier as are the lower speed sections such as final chicane and La Source. I'll be interested to see how the car balance is affected by tyre wear and fuel usage in the later laps of the AC race.

I watched a bit of it but didn't recognise any of the drivers, got bored and gave up. Sadly the racing gets worse year by year with less quality, compared to a few years back when Tim harvey was in it

It should be a standing start for Porsche cup, they never use rolling start anywhere in the world for it.  detective

Hi everyone,

New guy here, been a while since I've done organized racing. Nice to meet you all and my goal for the race is just to keep it together and finish clean so that I can step it up in the future Smiley

Hi, Welcome to the Sunday night series. Just remember to read the race post at the top of the thread as it gives you race info for tonights race (especially the rolling start procedure which usually catches someone out!)

Practice didn't seem to start at 19:45, and the race password doesn't work....
What was the last password that was used on Sundays?
