I can't promise anything at the moment, but if I'll be able to make some practice laps on Sunday evening I'll join this race.

Hope to be there

See you Smiley

Blame SRO, they're really anal about you racing under your own name - fair enough for the GPL series I guess as that's broadcast and has a commentator - but I forgot that it would affect me everywhere else!
In the race I was dead chuffed to get passed you in the opening 3 corners, didn't quite expect it to work but was happy when it did.
I was even more amazed I held you off for so long, in modern stuff you're generally much faster than me Tongue

(Also would have thought you'd guess it was me from the occasional power slide through the chicanes Cheesy )

Not brilliant race for me... Made 5 in qualy very far away from the top, made 2 mistakes in race, lost 2 positions and ended P7. Not really exciting...

I won't join next one due to short holidays...

Cheers

My race report:

During qualifying I struggled a bit and couln't match my previous times.
But on my final attempt I did a lap good enough for pole, but somehow the timetable didn't recongnize my lap. Probably I went a bit too wide somewhere and didn't notice the message on top of the screen. So P2 it was.

I had the inside line for the start, so I couln'd carry as much speed through T1 as FMG did, which placed him alongside me for T2. My tires where still quite cold, so he went by easily.
After that I stayed close behind, but didn't feel comfortable enough to try any overtake. Max disapperaed in the distance and after 20 minutes of good and close racing FMG finally did a little mistake coming into Stowe so I was back in P2 Cheesy Max was already something like 8 seconds ahead, so I didn't take any risk and tried to bring the car home safely which worked out.

All in all not the race I hoped for, but atleast I had fun driving against FMG.
Wd Max for the win Wink
