Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another
non pack track occasionally)
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Eventually Steam and our Server let me get online - better late than never? No problems till race night then when I try and join you all Server fails to respond and I usually have to reboot 2 or 3 times, left me with under 4 minutes of qualifying.  Huh Started tentatively but managed to get into swing of it and set many fastest laps ending up 5 seconds quicker than my pre-lunch online practice sessions. Eventually Successfull nights racing. Grin

Well done Bill Smiley

I got another great start and found myself in 1st place although not for long. Braking consistency in these cars defeats me and going too deep in to the hairpin after the long back straight allowed Geoffers through. I chased for a few laps but never looked like getting passed and we both managed to eek a small gap to Riccardo. Then I fluffed the hairpin again, trying to pull away in 3rd does not a quick getaway make! I thought that would be it and the draft the only reason I could keep with Geoffers, however I slowly caught back up but again never did I threaten an overtake. Was happy then to get a fastest lap as I closed in and then...... Geoffers goes wide and with one rear wheel on the curb the car went off. I almost followed in my surprise!

Several scruffy laps let Riccardo close but I managed to get back in a grove and eek out a small gap again. Well chuffed with another win in these tricky beasts.

Well done everyone for making it to the end.

Enjoyed that one.  Grin
Was surprised to see Eck nose it into a wall, then Geoff slowed to let me past  Huh
I assume fuel or damage as I was able to open a gap when I wasn't falling off....

Portimao will be challenging in these  Shocked crests/brows. Oh yes will be fun  laugh

Yep, made a right cockup of that one.  Roll Eyes

After qualifying on pole I was a bit slow off the line, really should practice starts, & Pete nipped ahead. As Pete said he went a shade deep into the hairpin on the first lap & I grabbed the lead back. Led then until I got a wheel on the kerb out of T7 nearing half distance & lost control & slammed into the concrete wall. Car had some understeer after but main problem was engine damage so was down on power & about 5-6s a lap slower. Quickly fell back to 6th but I think Eck had pity on me & waited at the last corner handing me back 5th at the end.

Congrats to Pete, Riccardo & Mark on the podium.  clap clap clap
