Fun Race

Practice: 20:00 (30 mins)
Qual: 20:30 (15 mins)
Race 1: 20:45 (10mins)
Race 2: 20:55 (20mins)

Cars allowed: GTR3
Track: Most Long
Time of Day Setting: 13:00
Weather: Dry

Start: Standing start, reverse grid for second race
Tyre wear: Normal
Fuel consumption: Normal
Pit-stops: None required

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the relevant Track Packs for this series
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.
(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Back to RRE this week with a blast round the new circuit. I decided to split it into 2x20 min races so we can make a mistake or two and still have a good race session

The practice server is up for tonight's race!

I have tweaked the schedule slightly for tonight as the attendance during the summer is lower than normal:

The first race will now be 10 mins duration

If there is enough interest for tonights race I will extend the first race back to 20 mins

Now i'm confused. I didnt think there was a race tonight. Having the Silverstone Grp C race up there, threw me.

Didnt matter, as i got back just after 8pm so wouldnt have made it.

I enjoyed our first experience at this circuit, it seems like a bit of an oversize kart track. I will definitely be using this track later in the year.

I have decided to rest RRE for a bit as the numbers are so low, I will resurrect it after the summer break for a GT3 series

Apologies, I intended to be there but also got back just too late. It did look like there were drivers still on after the race so I joined too, but by the time I got on I was alone. Numbers should pick up after the summer hopefully.
