Password: see above
Driver lists can be found on the championship standings page

Server: Simracing.org.uk E6P964

Practice: 19:45 (30 mins)
Qual: 20:15 (15 mins)
Race: 20:30 (30mins)

Cars allowed: Porsche 964
Track
: Zandvoort GP
Time of Day Setting: 13:00
Weather: Dry

Start: Standing start
Tyre wear: Normal
Fuel consumption: Normal
Pit-stops: None required

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the relevant Track Packs for this series
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.
(5) Start procedure
*It will be the pole sitter's responsibility to complete the first lap at a pace that allows the rest of the grid to follow comfortably
*There should be no overtaking or hard accelerating/braking
*Drivers should avoid getting too far behind or too close to the driver in front
*Approximately 20 seconds before crossing the start line the pole sitter should slow down to a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*Each following driver shall close up directly behind the driver in front also maintaining a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*The pole sitter should maintain that speed until they cross the start line and then accelerate away to start the race (lap2)
*Each following driver should only accelerate when the driver directly ahead does (they do not have to wait until crossing the start line)
*No overtaking is allowed before crossing the start line at the completion of the formation lap
(6) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Excuse my ignorance but I don’t recognise Porsche 964, can’t see it in the Porsche cars in RRE. Is it the same Porsche we raced last year?  Huh helpsmilie

No Bill, this is a new car, but although it's been previewed as coming soon it's not yet actually in game. However there is a big update (13Gb) scheduled for this coming Thursday afternoon, so I guess it will be released then along with the Group C cars.

Wot Frex said. This is a placeholder for (probably) the new Porsche 964. If the new car is as poor as the 934
then the default substitute is the Zakspeed Capri

No problem with the 964, drives very manageably.  thumbup2

Agreed. Did a couple of laps round Zandy, limited setups as Geoff said, so have to learn to drive it
Need to test it over the start finish at Laguna to see if it's really ok.
Tried the Group C cars.... lol these are nuts, love 'em, feel like the faster open wheel ones on R3E
must get a series  thumbup1

Define "Said No"?
Won't boot, won't run R3E? will run it but can't join on line?

Each time I tried to login to race I either get “server not responding” or if responds it fails to complete the action and the dots just carry and I have to use Cntl/Alt/Delete and Device Manager to end RRE. Then reboot the computer and start RRE again. It looks as if I’m over loading the Server! That’s about the best description of my problem I can do.

Can't say then. but, 1st thing to try would be:
Fire up the steam app, go to games library, right click on race room, then click on properties, and then verify integtity of gamefiles
then see if it helps.
