You can't be very quick on trackdays if you're always looking at the scenery

Anyone with a T300 RS got good force feedback settings to share? The feedback doesn’t feel as good as AC to me.
Not convinced the graphics are better either. Lots of special fx but the track surface especially looks pants and very flat compared to ac. I have epic settings all the way in both games.
I have a T500RS, but I think they are basically the same and I enjoy these settings: Overall strenght: 100% Constant: 100% Periodic 100% (always had this on 0 with AC, but saw many people have it at 100 for ACC so decided to try it and the overall settings feel good, no clue if periodic helps with anything or 0% will feel the same) Spring: 0% (apparently spring and damper settings aren't used in ACC anyway). Damper: 0% Auto centre: By game Ingame Gain: 100% Minimal: 0% Dynamic Damping: 0% Road effect: 30% (haven't tried any other settings, but I don't think this is a big issue effect). Steering lock: 900

You can't be very quick on trackdays if you're always looking at the scenery ha but other cars on track or brake marker boards aren't squidgy little out of focus pixels either and nobody is shining a torch into my retinas at the same time besides i'm like Schumacher, my cranial capacity and natural speed allow me to absorb my surroundings whilst driving at un-natural speeds i'm usually mentally doing a tesco shop whilst flat through Eau Rouge

Bloody great I leave the track to try another car but it won’t list any servers, just says ‘fetching server list. Even tried restarting the sim but still no servers listed in the lobby Still can't see any servers

I now switched to the latest public beta build v.1.0.5 and it's working. I would recommend everybody to do the same.

Initially couldn't see any servers. Quit out and back in to multiplayer again and now I see them. SROUK server comes up ok.

Again, it was slippery as in MP AC. Apparently, these are the costs of ping over 100. It feels like something between the optimum and the green. The best time was shown on the 10th lap, then a half-second stable decline went, and i was in fear to fly away. : Jeff gave me a second place. Thank you all for the race, guys! PS Crossed finish line with 0.1L of fuel in full gas ( just watched my onboard vid)

Ha me too, crossed the line with 0.1L fuel i had to short shift last two laps and coast along in stretches, thankfully with a decent gap back to Simon. I had a decent enough race long chase of both Simon and Alexey without being near to them on track. Thought i was going to have a race long battle with both early on but Frex unfortunately clumped me off track in the 2nd lap. That demoted me to 4th or 5th. I started closing down Alexey again later but then had a half spin at that downhill left/right combo (turn 6?) and that put me back towards Simon who looked like he'd had his own spin at T1 earlier. But i pulled away again and had a lonely drive to 4th. I was very tempted to do a stop but being that i havent even tried one offline i thought it wasnt worth the risk. Tyres seemed to hold out okay, my left rear was yellow at end but rest were green. Cars and track looked and sounded ace. ps...though tempting i'm sure, please dont ram other cars at race end. I lost 5 points off my safety rating thanks to numpty simon crashing into my parked car after the race had finished Not sure what affect that has, but might stop being able to join certain servers.

by the way, i noticed after the race that the 'fetching server list' problem had re-emerged I reported it as 'critical' over on the kunos site last night so will see what they say.

Lol sorry mark. Was actually trying to stop in the gap between cars and overshot.
The Nissan is lifeless compared to say the merc or Audi and I was bored driving it.
Been fiddling a lot with the force feedback trying to find a good setting. 100% dynamic damping seems ok with 25% road effects. I think dynamic damping is misnamed as I don’t think it has anything to do with damping. Still the Nissan feels rubbish but step in the Audi and the feedback comes alive.
