Here's another streak of genius, the only person mentioned in the race results file from ACC was Max. So no idea what order the rest were in as you quit, so 2 downwards is ordered based on qualifying  Roll Eyes

For a start NFSW was driving a Nissan GTR  Tongue, but that just sounds like a mess.  I'd be happy to have a look at the log files and see what sense I can make of them, as I wrote the whole log parsing / results system for nogripracing years ago in AC,  if that helps?

As for racing ACC,  after that experience from the driving perspective I'd be happy to race it regularly,  but they really need to fix the disconnect and log problems before it can be used seriously. Losing several players to connection problems before the race even starts is no good.

How about running another series of modern cars in AC alongside the Lolas for the next couple of months and then come back to it,  by which time they will hopefully have ironed out the issues  Huh

Good luck.

The server manual states carModel 1 is Merc GT3, I saw 1 and looked the first entry in table. So I messed up there but even so it still wasn't a Nissan. (Thanks nsfw for confirmation while I was doing this)

That is nfsw's entry in the qualifying results.

Wow, that is useless  Sad .   Now I'm gonna shut up as you're clearly doing the best that's possible with that.  Kunos need to pull their finger out big time...

Full disclosure time, I only shared half the files produced. For some reason Kunos and co have decided to output each file twice since the last update Undecided Better that than actually putting anything useful in them  Roll Eyes

this is probably way too simple but has anyone looked in Documents\Assetto Corsa Competizione\Results after the race?

Every file is written at the end of the relative session (the index is about racing weekends). No, they are just timing results, to keep info about the racing event you need to manage the config/seasonEntity.json

from one of the devs.

This seems to be another game that is poorly optimised  and not ready for a formal release. I run a seperate USB LCD telling my cpu and gpu usage. In practise my CPU usage was 99% and i would get moments were it lagged abit as the PC struggled to keep up with what was going on, and it reset itself as it lost connection over usb to the PC. This might have been your issue NSFW? Do you have alot of USB connections?

I play another game, Division 2 which i have the same issue, and its known to be an issue with i5 processors just being able to cope with so much, some i7's and their hyperthreading dont have any issues.

I dont know if it was related but i find the tyres, car handling a bit strange; some laps i could brake fine others i would just be going too fast in and the tyres have little warning. Either this is an accurate model for the Pirelli's or not...

After the crash early on i was getting bored so slowed to join MArk on track. Yes it was noticable i could carry more speed in some corners and seems a bit faster down the straight. Despite not using 6th lol

Not sure what you're referring to, fortunately I've had no issues this time  Cheesy
Only major problem I had with ACC so far was the recurring disconnection during the first test race at Zolder, which was due to my internet connection. After switching to my lan-connection again this was fixed.
