Important

Lasse & everyone, apparently there is an error contained within the Riverside GTL track folder, which if left un-attended, will stop the race just after the finish flag, so some back markers may not be placed.

To avoid online mis-match error messages everyone should download this http://www.mediafire.com/file/hz8xhqcf99phh9p/RiversideGTL.zip/file and copy it into their RiversideGTL folder allowing to overwrite. This goes for the server too, obviously.

I have serious problems with this track. Yes I have the new gdb installed. After a few laps in a race I have a ctd. Sometimes after 10 laps, sometimes earlier, only once I made it through a complete 13 lap race. I reinstalled the track, I even changed  the whole PC for the old backup PC. But again a ctd.
I had never any problems with GT Legends in all these years.
Is it just me or do you have similar problems?

Sorry to hear. No - we raced this track (in NASCAR layout) last week in UKGTL's Wednesday series and we had no problems at all.

In fact I practiced for this series offline only up to now and had no issues.

Did you try online - stupid question as I have not checked if the server is already online (I'm now on Linux and cannot check).

But in case you tried online, maybe it's because Nappe has not installed the new gdb on the server yet and that could be the reason  Huh

We used this track, although the NASCAR layout, last Wednesday without any problem. I have done some practice without any problem on the CanAm layout but have not tried a race. If I get time later I will give it a try.

Thanks Geoffers for notifying about the fix. Test server is now online. Smiley

If there's problems in tomorrow's race in big scale, points given will be cut in half or the race can be run as non-championship event.

Thank you Geoff for testing and Nappe for clarification. It is strange as I had never any offline problems with GT Legends. I still hope that everything will work out fine tonight.

you might want to check if you have the older riverside installed... Technically it should not cause any troubles as being different track, but for just in case, you might want to delete/move "Riverside70" folder from Locations. (You should have RiversideGTL -folder next to it, as it is the main folder for the track we are about to use.)

Sorry guys - have to miss this one due to the first flu infection of the season. Feeling too sick to concentrate on driving.  Sad

Have fun guys.
