I had a blast running the RSR yesterday evening, so i'll be running that for this series.
I noticed there are many nice skins for these GT2 cars around. Would it make sense to create a skinpack if people are running custom livery's anyway?

I would like to take the Gulf one, but there are many more nice ones, also for the other cars:

Its race day folks!

Start of the new GT2 Endurance series. I am torn between the BMW and the Vette at the moment as I tried the fezza last night and didn't really get on with it and I don't really like porka's much.

Just a heads up that the practice server has the OLD TRACK

2018 Doni setup tyre wise will not work there. If you setup your tyres for 2018 you will have to drop pressure.

A bit of a mess with the track and all, but was glad to see a decent turn out.

Some valuable lessons learned with the car.

See you all next time.

Definitely some lessons to be learnt! With the low turnouts recently it is vital that we dont turn away racers that turn up to race. I will start checking that the track links are up to date when i set up the practice server in future. But at the same time it would be helpful if people logged onto the practice server a few days in advance to make sure everything is ok. Half way through the practice session on race night is too late to solve problems.

But i still enjoyed the race tonight. My computer was playing up, AC froze up and I had to reboot my PC (very frustrating as I had been on the practice server on Saturday night without any problems). Then I lost the rest of practice and qually trying to sort out a track download for Bob. Managed to get on track with 30 seconds of qually left so went into the race completely cold without even knowing how much fuel was needed. I kept it steady during the first stint, then pushed a bit on the second and was not that far off the pace and enjoyed some good fights. It was exciting to do a mini enduro again with pitstops and the GT2's keep you on your toes due to the absence of ABS. I am looking forward to the rest of the season, especially as we had a decent turnout and the prospect of some more turning up next time (Bob and Spanner)

Some good racing yesterday. Loved the challange of driving the slightly longer distance, it did these cars more justice. I had a good start picking off one of the Corvette's and finaly Alberto in his RSR after being along side each other for half a lap!
Only to be overtaken again by Alberto after my pitstop. Had a good chase again and finally muscled my way through into Goddards. (sorry for little bit of contact there Alberto)
Looking forward to the next one.
