Just finished my first offline praccy session and quite pleased to get my time down to a 1:30.7 in race spec. That front left tyre is a bit of a concern tho  |

Geeeez guys, some of the times that you are posting are very disconcerting!!! I must have been doing something very wrong during my short test earlier in the week!!!  You guys are all 5-6 secs faster than my pathetic effort!!! I only did around 5 laps to check that the circuit was loaded correctly, but I think I need to get involved in some serious practice and search for those elusive 6 seconds

I have managed a lucky 28.9 on qual fuel so far, But I can't repeat it easily. Race pace is low to mid 1:30

lmao!! Is that news supposed to make me feel better Matt??   You seem to have unlocked the sweet spot with these cars, whereas I am still fighting the handling problems and waiting for the inevitable trip into the scenery at each corner. I will have to try and find some time before tonight's race for some practice and discover where I am going wrong. I am strapped for time, because I have another race on Tuesday evening in GPL on a new city circuit, (which I have not even downloaded yet!!) From posts on the UKGPL forum this is a long tricky/technical street circuit with a lot of potential for race ending contact with hard stuff??!! I will be there for the race start tonight...how long I survive will depend on how productive any practice is later today.  |

Ha! The idea of Ziu trying to beat me is something "unexpected" More likely he will lap me Also these Brasilian chaps are jolly fast  Setup for here is quite different to what I had to do at Nogaro to make it driveable Default setup works ok here, I just made some adjustments for tyre wear. |

Hi osnikniess & welcome. Strange but maybe have a look at your plr-file and search for the line "Allow HUD in cockpit" under [ graphic options ]: Should look like this: ...LOD Multiplier Multiplier="1.00275" // Multiplier applied to vehicle and track LODs (< 1.0 higher FPS) Allow HUD in cockpit="1"Allow Swingman in Pitlane="1"... Not quite sure but I have always the HUD activated.  edit: Tony was faster with another solution Thanks for the info. I've changed the file now and HUD is OK for me. |
