Championship standings HERE

Grid/server capacity: 22

Track: Monaco

Cars allowed: Alpine A364

Practice: ~19:20 (60 mins)
Qualifying: 20:20 (20 mins)
Race: 20:40 (28 laps)

Time of Day Setting: 14:00
Start: STANDING
Tyre wear: Normal
Fuel consumption: Normal
Pit stops required: No

Server: simracing.org.uk Mondays
Password: see above

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules.
(3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read
Autopit="0"
Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off
No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car
If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable.

Special Notes: I can see no start lights or flagman at this track. Probably a good idea to have auto countdown turned on.

Just to get the ball rolling.............1:25.7 in race setup  sweatdrop

I may turn cuts of for this one. I was unfairly (IMO) given a cut when I went too wide at the Gas Works hairpin.

Hello!

When attempting to enter the server, this error message occurs.

I already have the track installed, but the error persists.

Suggestions?

The server is currently set for tonight's GTL race. it will be set up for Monday's event late tonight, after the race.

Our main racing night is Wednesday's. Monday's races are a "bonus".

I have just read this post, and I am impressed that you found somewhere to actually get your car off the circuit at Monaco. That takes a special sort of skill Tony.   I Am Not Worthy I Am Not Worthy I Am Not Worthy I Am Not Worthy I Am Not Worthy ninja

Can I ask that drivers show extra caution on the first lap of this event please, particularly at the first turn (St. Devote), thank you.

Cuts will be off for this race.

SO far I have managed a 1:25.1 but the time is mostly  about how much risk you take in the harbour.
Or you end up IN the harbour  boat

IMPORTANT

For pitting instructions at this track please refer to the two jpegs in the "Extras" folder. I think they are self explanatory. If a driver is pitting, following cars should stay in the far left hand lane to avoid colliding with a driver pitting.

Hey guys, I'll be taking part in the race tonight. I think #18 car hasn't been reserved by anyone else so can I have that one?

Oh, how do I get the server password?
