Qual 2: 8:45pm (25 mins)
Warmup: 9:10pm (2 mins)
Race: 9:12pm (40 mins)

Cars allowed: Any
Weather: Dry
Track: Jerez- TRACK DOWNLOAD HERE
Track Installation Instructions: Use GTR Manager or Mod Manager to install the zip file. If you don't use either of those then post reply and we can provide manual installation instructions. Even if you already have a version of Jerez, please rename or delete it and use this one so that we are all using the same track.

Server: UKGTR Jerez Special
Password: spain

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the UKGTR Rules
(3) This is a test of the Jerez track for GTR before we use it in Endurance Season 3 to check for any major bugs.

That disproves the thread in the Mod group then that no one reads the race blurb after they know where and when  Shocked  Grin

Hmm, not looking good for this track. Just did an online race with AI control on my LAN Server and an 80 minute race lasted 58 minutes. Also a minor problem with the start lights, they don't go out, they stay on red.

Going to check for any circuit updates.

Ok updated the track, please download 1.1 if you downloaded the original 1.0 and uninstall 1.0 and install 1.1.
(Original post updated with new download)

Starts lights still the same, but the number of laps is correct now.

I looked in the lobby at 9 and there was nobody around. Shame, as I like technical tracks like that, but not on my own  Smiley

One comment - having these fun races on the day between the sprints and the GTL races is always going to limit the turn-out, especially for tracks that people don't know. Many will feel they don't have time to learn them. I'm not sure what the answer is tho.

I'd have turned up but for being in London all day again Undecided didn't get the chance to do any testing and I was wiped out by the time I got back.  Only about 8 turned up for the Monaco race on a Wednesday, guess people are generally busy then Huh

No problems chaps, it's really a mini race to check for bugs in the addon track before it's used. With the World Cup coming up i suspect any fun races are going to be poorly attended. I'll try and reschedule if I can think of a suitable date.

Had a quick look in the lobby but no one was there,  think it would create some good racing , not much between GT and NGT maybe 3 or 4 secs a lap.

GTR = uninstalled Smiley. Before I smashed my Momo cwap pedals to bits on the steering wheel I thought that would be wisest Angry.

Will prolly try some GTL races still, but till I have found a solution, maybe buying a DFP, I won't be driving 2 secs a lap slower than pb consistently anymore Wink.

That was the case for me.
