(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules. (3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read Autopit="0" Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable. Special Notes: None

How does the bonus drive for each division work exactly? Does it mean I can use a car that shows as 0 one more time?

Going with the dreaded Metro tonight . Seem to have got the braking sorted but it is so unpredictable on turn in, one lap it will turn in so sharp it wants to swap ends, although recoverable, next lap, same corner, same entry speed & it wants to understeer off track . Have no idea what setup changes to make to cure it so just going to wing it. Cya later.

"…….just going to wing it". In my ( very limited ) experience of the Metro, winging it refers to the way it flies off the track!!! I recall that Tony used it in one of the early races and appeared to have somehow tamed the little bu**ger!! Perhaps if enough folded paper stuff changes hands he might share his secret ??

Wait...? Are you saying that isn't standard with all GTL cars?

Tony, the button doesn't lead to the usual PayPal page presently, but rather to a forum thread with instructions. There's a PayPal link in the topmost post, but it hasn't been edited since 2015, so is it still valid ?

That's above my pay grade We do prefer Internet Banking as Paypal like to take a cut off your donation. If you wish I can pm you our banking details? Please pm me if you would like that.

I think it will be cheaper for me to just donate more via PayPal, as the bank fee for international transfers no doubt is extortionate...

Hey, Dan: See, I knew I'd need two pitstops! Seriously: Where a driver believes they are at fault for an incident, they may elect to impose a drive through penalty on themselves by entering the pitlane and driving the full distance down it at the speed limit without stopping at their garage for any work to be performed.
As far as I'm concerned, you really didn't have to wait for my 100 second repairs to be over! It's arbitrary af how GTL deals out damage anyway. I had practically come to a stop when I hit the tyre barrier and GTL nevertheless decided that my pretty Gulfy Golfy was totalled At least I got a full repair for once. Anyway, no harm done. (as if I didn't realise right away that you wouldn't let a Belgian beat you, Dutchie)
