happy to put my setup into the online suppository repository if you want to try it Dominick
I would appreciate that very much, thank you. Setup's been an uphill battle for a decade.

Just uploaded my race setup on Norisring  Porsche 904_4 UKGTL.
My setups might not suit everyone's driving style, but FWIW I was dropping to 4th at the right hand kink before T1 hairpin and avoiding further downshifts to as late as possible, whilst mashing the brake pedal. Getting the timing right was critical as I wanted to lift off the brake just as I engaged 1st, otherwise the car would not turn in properly. I could be quite brutal with the gas pedal on the exit, just being aware too avoid spinning up the rears and rotating the car too much. that is generally the same for all corners. have fun.

I was surprised how difficult the Elan was to set up and struggled through the little practice I ran and then through both qualifying sessions, to find something that works. I had speed, but the car was very unstable under braking and particularly in both hairpins when I changed down to 1st gear. This meant that my rears wore out quicker than the front, and that was key in the races where after 2/3rds of the way the increased sliding caused the tyre temps to go too high and diminish the grip available.

I noticed how much toe and rear camber Dimitar was using, in his race video, so it's something I have to try next time we race this car.

Geoffers was incredibly quick, so congrats on a well-deserved double win! Grats to Dan and Dimitar for the 3rd places respectively.

Just a quick comment Hristo, you say you were using 1st gear (as was Dimitar in his video) for the hairpins, I was taking them in 2nd as I thought the lower revs gave better drive without inducing too much oversteer. May have helped tyre temps too.

Thanks, Geoffers, I tried doing that, but unless I lowered the final drive and sacrificed top speed, it seemed to drop the revs too much in 2nd gear.

I have uploaded my Elan setup, look for 'elan Geoffers' in the Norisring folder.
