Championship Standings

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another
non pack track occasionally)
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Server was down for updates. Should be ok now.

I am down in London, and may not get back in time.
SO, please can someone log in at 19;45 to start the clock? Please do not log in before 19:45
or the clock will start early.

No worries Geoff, I'd overshot that first corner slightly myself, and anyway still enjoyed the race. Horrible track for the Vette (and Dekon) though - too many slow fiddly corners in that infield section..

Congrats Riccardo, Pete, Alessandro.

Almost didn't race last night, was very tired. Obviously quite pleased I did, lucking in to my 2nd place. Was laughing at the first turn as nearly everyone seemed to be understeering off on the cold tyres and followed the pattern a bit myself. However I did get to 3rd as a result and then watched as the Alessandro and Riccardo drove away from me. I was more watching the gap back to Frex as he was catching me. However Alessandro problem gifted me 2nd and I managed to be quick enough at the end that I held a reasonable gap to the finish.

Glad to be able to do some limited racing again but I've obviously lost some pace in the 5 months I was out of action  Embarrassed

Yeh, not a good track for the big V8s, needed to be cautious into corners to get the front to grip & cautious out of corners to avoid a big sideways moment. Still consoled myself by going on the WTCR Ranked server & netting a 2nd place at Nurburgring. Grin

That’s OK Geoff was surprised I found your car there when I turned into the corner apex but that’s racing. Other than that had a good nights fun set new PB in qualifying about 4 seconds better than my offline practice. Also just fraction slower in the race. Thanks Matt for organising the Series. Cya next weeks DTM92 race!
