(2) Driver lists can be found on the championship standings page

Practice: 20:00 (30 mins)
Qual: 20:30 (15 mins)
Race 1: 20:45 (30 mins)

Cars allowed: Silhouette class

Time of Day Setting: 13:00
Weather: Dry

Start: Standing
Tyre wear: Normal
Fuel consumption: Normal
Pit-stops: None required

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the relevant Track Packs for this series
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.
(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Password fine for me Bill, you sure had the correct one - Stephen uses a different race password to what we use on Thursdays.

Usual poor start, but was really enjoying that until I had to brake mid-corner to avoid Matt and lost the rear. Still fun trying to catch back up - this is a great track for these cars. Congrats Geoff and Matt.

Yep. Manged to hassle Geoff enough that he politely let me through for a few laps, then he picked up his pace
and went past, kept him in sight though he was pulling away, was a bit embarrassed that Frex went sideways
with my tardy entry, but was good fun and gave a purpose to trying to hold him off till the end.
These are great cars, and on this track they work very well.

good fun despite the low numbers

Managed to stay up with the pack for the first few laps, then I ran wide a couple of times while trying to turn up the wick a bit! it seems a fine line between being fast and running wide with this car/track combo. Spent the rest of the race having an a bit of a hotlapping session.
On to Bathurst for the next round in this series, should be an awesome one! (and a good warm up event for the V8 round the week after which is also at the mountain)

Good race despite only 4 of us. Could not get a good rhythm for the first 2-3 laps & Matt went past & Frex probably would have too but I messed up the downhill RHer before the bridge & held him up badly, sorry Frex. Got myself sorted after that & had a good dice with Matt for a couple of laps before getting ahead & slowly easing away. Shame Frex had a moment because he was much faster later in the race & would probably have won otherwise.

Fun cars these & quite easy to drive until near the limit.
