I would love to run the historic version of this track but I can hardly insist all drivers fork out for a mod track so reluctantly we will use the Kunos stock version. Its still a hoot as I remember a good race here when we tested it a while back in these cars

I'm hoping thats not the predicted running order    i'd rather that was a Brabham giving you a hard time, it was quite close racing for a while here last time 

@Fabri, nice offer thanks but i would get in trouble running it here without everyone purchasing it....i expect. Though i assume as long as the server has an official purchase its up to us whether to stump up for it or 'obtain it'    I'd buy it anyway and sounds like 50% of the field already own it ?

Just had some fun racing the AI here, they seem pretty competitive! Highly recommend it to you guys in the tight midfield pack for wheel to wheel racing practise 

So far I am slower than last time I raced here despite a heap more seat time since then

I did  a couple of offline laps against the AI too. Good fun and I believe I wasn't particularly faster as the last race there, although I should be more consistent this time around. Still I found it pretty easy to make a mistake here when your on the edge of adhesion. Should be interesting again.
Time to get a server up so we can post times..

Damn this is true that AI is impressively fast here.. I feel sooo slow in comparison.  
Attacking here is really demanding, I couldn't do that 45 min.  

And yes, still no practice server.

yes i was slower than most of the Ai too, i watched them on replays to learn some tricks. I did notice they were often faster out of the final turn onto the straight than i could manage and also a tad quicker through the final chicane and the techie section just before that. Not often i get towed by an AI car that then overtakes me down the straight!  

More laps and setup work needed for sure!

ps to see the laptimes from last time we raced here, search zandvoort 36 on stracker and tick the f1 cars  but remember the fastest times would have been done on low fuel/softs for qually.

hmm,  "zandvoort 36" - is that a modified version of the kunos track?

Maybe, I don’t know why it’s called that on stracker but I also found a track in my list called the same 

We only need the stock version. Not heard from Pete on here or email, is he okay? Can anyone else set it up?
