So I folded and pre-ordered from Gameplay Smiley

Play.com's loss!

LOL, you lasted three days.  lol

Oooh, nice find!  Grin

I personally prefer Play.com but I'll order from Gameplay if Play don't have it on their site come early Sept.

I'll give Play.com until a week before release to put it up. While I like to pre-order since some companies will post it out a few days before the official release, I see no reason to order too long beforehand.

LOL. Me thinks they're being a little optimistic. You won't get it on day of release with Play. It takes 3 days to get here from tax free Jersey.

That's not my experience with Play. Pre-orders (all 2 of 'em!) have arrive on release day.

One of my pre-ordered arrived before the release date, another arrived late, but for free delivery I'll take my chances Smiley

I've had a pre-order fom Play arrive the day before release as well. Cancelled my order with Gameplay and made a new one with Play, in the hope they've got their release date right.

LOL, you lot are funny.

If Play have got that right, which I doubt, then everyone else will get their stock at the same time too, Play won't get it any earlier than anyone else.

Not necessarilly, we don't know where Play are getting their stock from. Copies will be moving around Europe before the official release date. I'm not holding my breath, but I'd rather have my order with a company I've used before, who I know sometimes deliver pre-orders early.

You could do what I did with GTL, place two pre-orders with different companies, forget about one then end up with 2 copies...  stupid
