NGT Sprint - S3 R8 - Monza - 8th August

Monza is always a pretty lively affair eh?

I couldn't seem to quite perform my best in qualifying so ended up 15th on the grid, picked up a couple of places and was driving well within myself in 12th when an unplanned trip off the track dropped me down to 18th.

I then had a very enjoyable 20-odd minutes racing Don, then SBG and then Jan as we picked up places as the field dropped away. I couldn't quite reel Jan in but came close a couple of times, great fun battling against you though

Pretty pleased with 8th after the early setback

The standard of driving in this series has been pretty amazing, great racing against you guys.

And of course a big thanks to everyone involved for making it happen

Hi all sorry if I spoilt your race but it seems that I could not see all cars and all cars could not see me. IT seem to me that it was a total disater for several drivers and seemed to be caused by me. I can only say sorry and that I was doing as much as possible to A keep the b mosler on the track and B stay out of the way. Got a speeding penalty as well. cheers gerald

Well. I'm cursed at Monza
This is, I think, 4th time in a league race I got crashed out by a backmarker in Ascari complex. this time a Mosler had spun and then just turned onto the raceline, next time stay put dammit until you can get going again OFF the line.

Mo was keeping a good pace tho so wasnt really relaxing or anything but driving as fast as sanely possible 

thx to the organizers for another good season, was great to be able to run with our custom cars, some nice ones in the carpack too

Its me again Antivirus was running in the back ground checking all files. I can only say sorry again if it was me in the mosler, if the incident was at about 8 mins to go I spun out due to some sort of lock up and had to hit escape. sorry if this spoilt your race. cheers gerald
