Me too. More the track than mod as I just haven't learnt it. Might not turn up if I have had no extra track time to learn it by then.

Yes I like the feel of this mod, but the track hmmm not so sure.
Very flat, feature- less and therefore difficult to learn.
Not a memorable layout, all the corners look similar.
Hope to race tho. Wink

I hereby sentence you to a life long sentence in Shuttyuppy Ville Grin.

 Wink  Cheesy

Why did you change John boy Walton to Richie Cunningham (whoever that may be)? And why John in the first place? Grin

Got it mixed up, he was in the Fonz and is now a movie director! I think the Walton boy is now a writer, not sure, does not matter really.

Restarted the server as needed but for some reason I was getting a mismatch when joining, even though I have 1.2 the same as the server (although I have a soundfix installed, but surely that isn't different?!).

Anyway, hadn't practiced the track or mod at all and I'm not really in the mood after two nights racing in a row so left them to it.

Really good fun thanks guys- nice to do some single seater racing. Had great fun with you Radius, swapping places pretty much the whole race  laugh

This was fun, this mod rocks.

Did a PB in qually and took pole, just 3/100 before JonM.
During the race I was slooooowly pulling away from Jon, and before the last lap I had a 11s lead. I was pushing the whole race pretty hard, to get Jon off my back, but all for nothing as he ran out of fuel in the last corners Shocked.

I would like a champ with rF, and I suggest this mod as one candidate.

I don't really like the track, and couldn't get the car setup right, so thought it'd be better to stay away. Hope it was a good race.

Very impressed with the cars. Definately better than the Armadillo cars, feels more natural. The engine sound is fab too. Not sure I want to go back to Armadillo now.  Tongue

Once I'd learnt the track it was MUCH better too. Very hard track to learn, took quite a few laps to get it down and once I knew the layout found some of the hardest corners in the business. Really this is a very techinical track even harder than Turkey. Undecided whether I liked the track or not, it has a certain flow but too many 1st gear hairpins ultimately I feel and the lack of scenery is not good.

Well done to Jeff on the win and unlucky Jon for running out of fuel on the last lap, otherwise it would have been a Team Shark 1, 2, 3.

It is one Demonic Dan. Would love a champ with this mod too... but we'd need a bit more interest!  Undecided

Hopefully I'll be boosting numbers in the not too distant future, just waiting for rF to turn up on disc.

Wednesday is always awful turnout, so we'd probably get more anyway than we did.

One thing I did notice at how easy the standing start was with no launch control. Everybody got away cleanly and with no danger of spinning off the start?

The cars feel good but didn't like the circuit.
So hard to find brake markers etc
l was very slow. (as usaul)
Never quite managed a completely clean lap.
When I was lapped, decided to make a quick embarrased exit!
Needed some slower guys to race against!
