Even in these difficult times we need donations.
Whatever you can afford, it all helps keep us running, and is most appreciated.

Did have a ply trying to get some sort of FFB feel back in to the game with very limited success. Then it occurred to me to try installing the latest Fanatec drivers which I did before last night's AC race. I had a quick go a the BTCC competition after I crashed out of the AC race. I could certainly feel the lift-off oversteer but otherwise the steering was still really lacking. Maybe a proper rear wheel drive will be better. So I'll be there tonight but I'm not expecting much

I still don't understand your issue with the FFB in R3E. Mine hasn't changed so I notice even with the changes, and a new different make of wheel? I must be missing something

Since the last Windows 10 update my G25 wheel sometimes looses it’s settings and I have to unplug the connection to the wheel, replug it and go to Options and reset the wheel to get the feedback correct! Don’t know if this helps?

I believe the December update changed the FFB. I use a DFGT so I loaded the latest in-game profile as suggested and tried to adjust to my taste and never got it back to my liking. I repeated the process a couple of weeks ago as I was intending to race at Bathurst but still no good. That together with the fact that the game now somehow looks worse and runs worse for me means I haven't touched it since

I was fine with the FFB just until the last couple of weeks, but now I seem to be having problems getting it to feel good again. Not sure why.

Doesn't look any different to me, the wheel feels exacly the same as it always has to me, perhaps I am less fussy about it, so don't really notice. Some of the cars are not good any more. I used to love the DTM92 now I don't them at all. The Gr5 cars are still undrivable at racing pace for me, so no change there.

I'll reserve judgement but I might have fixed my FFB woes! What I had forgotten, or it just plain escaped me, is there is a separate FFB multiplier in the car setup screen. I don't really do setups so this isn't something I'd easily spot Anyways, whacked that up tonight and the Capri had feedback, the steering had some sort of weight to it. Really was so different. Quite enjoyed the car tonight and Suzuka's never been a track I've gelled with so all in all so much happier Lots of fun watching us all fall off at various stages but at least it was only in the last few mins that the gaps became significant. Was a good 4 way battle up until then. Great drive Geoff for the win, although you made a few mistakes they were only minor compared to us other 3

Sounds reasonable. I don't understand the differences. I set the steering at 400 and 20 and drive it. This TM wheel needs more angle as it turns more, but otherwise it feels like the G27 did. I regret buying this Thustmaster TX wheel, it smells of hot electronics just sat there, and there sounds to be a fan running all the time, I have no confidence it will last for long. The pedals have already failed and needed the pots cleaning. I would buy one of their hall effect and load cell pedal boards, but am unhappy commiting more money into something I don't really like. No idea what the multiplier does, so I have never touched it.

Nothing wrong with ignoring it. However recommended procedure is first to dial in your in-game FFB settings with a GT3 car, as this group is considered somewhere mid-pack regarding strength of Force Feedback. Once you have these settings to your liking, you can then use the FFB multiplier on the setup page to get other cars to where you want them. There can be quite some variation in FFB output in the different cars in RRE. @Pete: If increasing the FFB multiplier in the setup screen solved your issues, that possibly suggests you've got Force Feedback intensity and/or Steering Force Intensity set too low in game. That or something up in your wheel driver settings.
