Fresh out of the Legends' paint booth...

Legends Racing would like to introduce our latest member Gary Tall a.k.a Fred Basset.  The Srouk old guard will all know Gary.  Not only is he fast, he's a true gent off and on the track.  Welcome to the team!!!   thumbup2

I'm pleased to confirm that both cars will be seen on the grid.  Adam will be in the Alfa and Gary will be in the Escort.

Now that I'm out of the paint booth, I can run some laps in both and then decide.

I hope to have these cars packaged up for you Tim by tomorrow evening.

Nice work guys - I'm glad there's at least 1 more Alfa too.
It means I can take the VMW sponsored Escort now (Vince is a local hero from 70's racing down here, his garage was about 2 miles away until he finally had to sell up in the early 2010's due to ill health - he was still bringing his ETCC Capri to Combe for demo races until about 2011 Cool )

Ehh, according to my records Fred Basset is a Kerbcrawler. I don't remember any negotiations taking place about him joining the Leg Ends. I presume the usual transfer fee applies  Wink

On that subject, it appears that the mighty Kerbcrawlers are somewhat under-represented in AC, a crying shame for such a prestigious group of drivers  Smiley  Applications are now open so if anyone would like to join us, please shout up  thumbup1

I belonged to another team after KerbCrawlers though!

Hello to some of the old timers here

I think I'll go with the stock red white Escort.

I found the Escort easier to drive although I was quicker in the Alfa in the 2 test races. However for sanity I think I'd better stick with the Ford. Any skin will do me.

As there's going to be a skin pack anyway can I stick you in a proper race car then?  Smiley

Kimi: how about the #26 zebra Alfa? It's half black and saves me getting virtual ink all over my hands!

Of course, make sure it's one with very light and slippery paint to give me a small advantage Smiley

Hi Kimi,

if you just want an all black skin I can make you one. I have the template it's not a problem. You'd like a number or a sponsor on it?

That would be really nice, grazie mille, no need for sponsor or number.
